I had a fantastic experience at wed2b Bristol, my consultant Kim was so kind so helpful, she listened to and supported me through my appointment. She made the experience a really lovely experience and I highly recommend going here. I found my perfect mermaid dress, and although I changed my mind on the straps the staff could not have been more helpful at locating the new ones in another store and keeping in touch to let me know when they would arrive. Super service, beautiful dresses and a wonderful experience and all at a reasonable price

My experience at Web2B Swindon was amazing from start to finish! I had the wonderful Megan as my consultant, and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully and understood the style, fit and design I was hoping to find.
Megan pulled together a great selection of dresses for me to try, and I ultimately found my dress! She was so patient while my group and I discussed what we liked and disliked about each of the dresses I tried. Once I found “the one,” she chose a beautiful variety of veils and accessories to bring the whole look together, which ultimately got me to say, “yes to the dress!”

I then got to take a picture with the “I Just Said Yes to My Dress” sign, which was the perfect way to top off the experience.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Web2B Swindon to any bride-to-be!

Megan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She immediately understood what I was looking for and somehow just knew which styles I would love and what would suit me. She was so helpful without ever being pushy, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision or commit.

She also helped me rule out different styles that I wasn’t sure about, which made the whole experience so much easier and actually really enjoyable. I felt completely comfortable, listened to and supported throughout.

I ended up saying yes to my dress and I’m so excited! 🥹🤍 A genuine 5-star experience for me — thank you so much to Megan for making such an important day feel so special! ✨

I had a great experience in Wed2b (Norwich) - Storm greeted us and although we could not be seen straight away, she talked us through the racks and different designers so we could take a look before the appointment. We were called back only an hour later and Betsy helped me choose my wedding dress. Betsy completely understood what I was looking for. I already had a shape of dress in mind, but she really helped me narrow down all the finer details I was so unsure of! She explained to me how the dress could be slightly altered to fit what I was looking for and I came away saying yes to the dress! I had such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend to other friends getting married soon.

Megan was wonderful!! Fully listened to what I was thinking, brought some options and I found my dress! She is so lovely and fabulous at her job. Thank you so much!

We felt soo welcome the minute we arrived, every single staff member was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous as it was my 1st time trying on dresses but I was reassured and Tricia picked outthe 1st dress and it was my perfect dress! Will definitely be recommending to others.

I thought the whole process of picking out a dress for the girls to be very invasive , sharing a dressing room for some of the girls was very uncomfortable for obvious reasons. I also thought after spending close to €900 on the dresses for them not to come in dress bags to be bad customer service. I was surprised to see them not in bags when I collected them. The staff in the Dublin Shop are all very nice and I know it's not their fault but after spending so much money I thought they would be in a dress bag. The dresses themselves are very good quality and look nice on the women.

The staff at the Norwich branch were the most amazing people! Sophie was our bridal consultant and wow, she is an absolute star and really made our whole experience. She matched our vibe and was so enthusiastic. I loved that she gave my bridesmaids a cute speech about each dress before opening the curtain. She made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. Molly also helped us pick out our bridesmaids dresses, gave us all the options and was so sweet! Overall a lovely couple hours and I went home with a gorgeous dress, can't wait to wear it! Thank you!

Visited Wed2b store in Ashford, Kent.
Sophie and Nicky were so very helpful. I wanted to try something figure hugging due to some weight loss and they selected a number of dresses for me to try.
Made me feel so confident which in turn, made me fall in love with my figure and the dress!

OMG What a amazing day, I will never be able to thank Sophie enough for making this day so special, she let me try on the dresses I thought I wanted and then surprised me with her wild card which was absolutely gorgeous, it turned out to be the i said yes to the dress! Sophie is an absolute credit to the team and she was just one of those people you felt you'd known forever or one of those that you wanted to be best friends with, she listened to our back story and then chose me the most gorgeous dress she's an absolute superstar, thank you Sophie I'll definitely be back with photos from the day thank you to Sophie and all the team in Norwich for unforgettable experience and day ♥️♥️

I visited both the Gateshead and Middlesbrough stores, and the staff at both were absolutely lovely. They were so patient, welcoming and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to their help, I finally found my dress! I couldn’t recommend them enough! 🤍

I “popped” into Wed2B in Birmingham, just to look at some styles of dresses…Jenny was incredible, she asked lots of questions, reviewed about 15 dresses that we’re all different styles…and managed to pick one first time! I tried it on, and burst into tears! I felt so heard & she managed to find a style that would suit my body type, and it made me feel stunning like a princess. Thank you so much for finding me a dress on the first go!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
I arrived today with a list of dresses I’d seen on the Wed2b website, although a few weren’t in stock, I didn’t mind.
Becky knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me a dress that wasn’t a contender but after trying on, was a beautiful dress!
Although I didn’t choose it and ended up with the Lourdes dress (the number one dress on my list), I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Wed2B Kirkstall for future brides.

I had an amazing time at wed2b Central London! I was nervous going into it as had all my bride squad with me, but Ruby made me feel so at ease! I was debating a dress for a while and was able to keep wearing it to see how I felt, and I was helped with ways to customise it so it would be even more perfect! Overall I couldn’t recommend enough for an appointment that gets everyone involved and without time pressure! Thank you for helping me find my dream dress

From the minute I walked through the door I was put at ease. The team at Bromley are so friendly and instantly those butterflies in my tummy faded away. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but the team went through the process with me. Laci was amazing, and clearly knows what looks good. She really listened to what I liked, I didn’t feel rushed and within 3 dresses I found the one.
I would definitely recommend visiting these ladies, they are spot on with their dress choices and are so knowledgeable in what fit is right for you.

Honestly I was quite nervous for this whole experience, but Jessica in the Bournemouth branch was just the best!!
She asked about my wedding, the vibes, the colours, all of it - and then turned that into a selection of dresses that were beautiful and exactly what I was picturing!
She made me feel so comfortable, and really listened. She helped me to try new things and really get into what I did or didn't like about the dresses, so she could take that forward to the next one.
She was so good, I went home with dress #3 and a veil to match!
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better person to help me with this part of my wedding!
