From the second we stepped on to this store we were made to feel welcome by friendly, happy staff. Josie was lovely and really made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was very warm and knowledgeable about the dresses. I couldn’t have hoped for a nicer person to help me say yes to the dress. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything just genuine support and help in the whole dress trying on and buying process. Thank you to all the staff we encountered. I would definitely recommend wed2b to any future brides I know and particularly recommend the surbiton branch for their warmness and friendliness!!

Fantastic Visit today. Myself and 5 bridesmaids went up to the Glasgow store. Lovely welcome as soon as you walk in the door, whole process was explained. Tried three dresses made to feel very comfortable while changing.

Staff member that helped was fantastic, very chatty and funny and honest.

The staff were very friendly and listened to what a wanted and what I didn't want. Made the experience very enjoyable 😉

We were met with a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived at Wed2b in Bromley.
This was my first attempt at wedding dress shopping and I had no expectations.
I instantly felt excited, which I wasn't expecting.
The consultation was thorough and took away any overwhelming feeling. The process was excellent and I did say yes to dress, but felt absolutly no pressure to do so.

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2B in Wednesbury. The shop was quiet the day I went in, so it felt like a personal experience for me and my group. It was just perfect from beginning to end, with no rushing or pressure. Courtney was absolutely lovely, she listened to every request I had, all the tiny bits of detail I envisioned for my dress and she bought it to life! She was patient and allowed me all the time I wanted. I didn’t expect to choose my perfect dress that day but lo and behold, I left the shop that day with my dream wedding dress. I’m so thankful to all the staff in the shop that day for filling me up with compliments, confidence, helping me with ideas for what shade of bridal party dresses! It was just amazing, I wish I could do it all over again!

Customer service is always brilliant and a joy, staff can’t do enough for you. I’ve had my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses and I love all dresses I’ve purchased. Highly recommended wed2b

I was really hesitant to try a bridal outlet like Wed2b as I was convinced that it wouldn't be the intimate and magical experience of an independent boutique.

Having done an independent boutique yesterday and left feeling a bit flat after having limited time to select & try dresses due to strict time slots, I wanted to go somewhere that was open on a Sunday and I could reassure myself that there were dresses out there for me.

Amelia was an absolute angel. She got me immediately (including detecting that I was a cape girl instead of a veil) and her attention was entirely on me and my group throughout the whole experience. She gave us time to deliberate but also helped us get to an answer when we were going round in circles.

I also personally loved the experience of seeing other women trying on dresses and chatting with their bridal parties as it made me feel less alone rather than it feeling like I was in a conveyor belt, which is what I was worried about.

J’y suis allée début juin et je suis tombée sur une vendeuse au top : bienveillante, dynamique et de très bon conseil. Nous avons bien rigolé ! Elle a été très honnête, m’a parfaitement conseillée et m’a aidée à trouver ma robe 🤩

Maintenant que mon mariage est passé, je peux dire que chaque fois que je me regardais dans ma robe, j’étais vraiment heureuse. Au départ, j’étais partie sur un autre modèle, plus cher, mais j’ai finalement choisi celui qu’elle m’avait conseillé… et je n’ai aucun regret !

Je recommande cette boutique les yeux fermés : un rapport qualité-prix imbattable !

I came in tried 3 dresses on and instantly fell in love with the last dress. I said “YES TO THE DRESS” came in and went out so happy I was that happy me and my mum started to cry of happiness ! The staff were lovely, very welcoming and very knowledgable. The lady who helped definitely knew what I wanted! So happy ! !

Had a lovely experience today at the Rotherham store. Lady called Ruby looked after us nothing to much trouble explained every detail that was needed.
After trying a few dresses I finally found the one fits perfect 😍

De ontvangst was hartelijk en ontspannen. Er werd echt geluisterd door Anne (de verkoopster) naar de wensen van de bruid, met welke afwerking ze zich goed voelde. Na enkele pasbeurten was het zover ❤️. Dé jurk 👗 was gevonden. Van harte bedankt!

Ik ben heel erg goed geholpen door Anne. Zij stelde me gerust en luisterde heel goed naar mijn wensen. Ik heb dan ook mijn jurk gevonden en het is totaal iets anders dan wat ik in gedachten had. Super ervaring daar!

The team were very professional and helpful during both my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress visits.

I didn’t find my dress but I dis for my bridesmaids. They’re a beautiful colour and high quality.

My only criticism on the bridesmaid dresses is that you cannot swap the sizes. Given that you’re ordering a specific high street size, not made to measure, I don’t see why you can’t order multiple sizes and return what is not needed. If bridal wear has taught me anything, sizing is everywhere, even more than the high street, so extra alterations are required, adding to the cost of the dress.

Theresa was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, she knew exactly the kind of dress I was looking for and we tried on different ranges of the dress just to see, I didn’t feel any time pressure and she was so reassuring and giving good tips of what I can do with the dress with the seamstress. I would recommend anyone to go to wed2b in derby and ask for Theresa as she made the experience 100% better for me. She really is an asset to the company.

Well what can I say I popped in sat 25th July hoping to find a dress with only 14 days till my wedding renewal as I’ve had a very busy time with in and out of hospital with my dad which is why I’ve left to so late , when I arrived their was a lovely lady that help me with several dress ones I liked ones I loved and ONE I never imagined I would wear which was absolutely out of this world the service was second to none I was in and out the shop within 2hrs with everything I needed and more the reason why I went to this shop is because 10years this shop is where I got my wedding dress from and I had a fabulous service back then .so I want to say thank you so much for Everything once again x

Lizzie helped me say yes to the dress! She picked amazing dresses and made me feel so special.
