Tina helped me pick out some beautiful bridal dresses on different occasions. The dresses were lovely but what made the experience exceptional was Tina.

I hope that all brides get to have an experience like mine whether buying a wedding dress or something small, Tina is a great member of the team and I am truly thankful for her!

We had the most amazing experience with Trisha! I was so nervous about trying on dresses, but she instantly put us at ease and made everything feel so special.

Her knowledge is incredible — she somehow picked the one, a dress I NEVER would have chosen myself (I would have said “not a chance!”), and yet it’s the one I said yes to!

So grateful for all her time and effort. I can’t wait to come back with my bridal crew for bridesmaid dresses — wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💍✨

attended a few weeks ago to try on some wedding dresses and did actually end up buying the dress. Loved the dresses but not the experience!

The woman assigned to assist me was professional, polite, and helpful – I believe her name was Rahaf. Sadly, the store manager – I think her name was Paula – was a different story entirely. She was utterly overbearing and constantly interfering with what the younger girls on the floor were doing. On more than one occasion, she approached me, delivering little comments that implied the girl helping me wasn’t competent enough and might have missed something but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

She was also unbelievably pushy, trying to force me into buying a dress and practically warning me I shouldn’t try on any more or I’d get ‘dress blind’. I’d only tried on three dresses by then, hardly enough to get 'dress blind', but she acted as if I’d tried on a dozen.

Paula also argued passionately over an additional 'wunderskirt' that she insisted on adding to the bill. We stood our ground and refused, enduring a long lecture about how we shouldn’t listen to the bridal seamstresses if they say I don't need one because ‘they don’t know’. I knew I could find one cheaper online if I decided I wanted it, and after researching, I discovered that the underskirt she was pushing was completely the wrong type for the dress I bought! Her insistence was completely inappropriate and infuriating.

At the beginning, I made it clear I wanted my bridesmaid to try on a couple of dresses but this was obviously ignored. After I had finally chosen my dress, we were made to re-queue, despite it being only for one person to try on a maximum of two or three dresses and we were already in the changing room! Paula’s reaction was to lecture us again, blaming the wed2be systems and outright saying she’d run the store very differently if she had her way. That was unprofessional and unnecessary.

While we endured the 1.5-hour wait, another customer came in and her and her husband became annoyed about the wait, and there was some confrontation. To her credit, Paula managed to de-escalate the situation before things got ugly. However, that de-escalation only resulted in the lady being taken for her fitting before us, which was painfully obvious from where we sat.

This entire experience was tainted by her overbearing attitude, her pushiness, and her complete lack of professionalism.

I had a very positive experience thanks to the superb assistance of Tina. Tina worked tirelessly to find me the right dress and nothing was too much trouble. Had I not met Tina, I don’t think I would have had as positive an experience.

From the minute I arrived i has Tina's full attention. We spoke and she got a feel of what I was looking from a dress and im delighted to say that on my 2nd dress I said yes the the dress.. I could not fault anything about my experience Tina was top class

I had amazing experience with Tricia & Paula, nothing was too much trouble and they really helped me in getting my beautiful wedding dress that day! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress!

Tina my bridal consultant was amazing!! Couldn’t have faulted her she was so engaging and committed to her task at hand. We flew from Newcastle England to try on wedding dresses in Belfast and she put her all into helping me find my perfect dress. She listened and was attentive and couldn’t have found my dream dress without her!!

Kristina was so welcoming and made my experience an absolute pleasure! She helped me say yes to my dress and made me feel so at ease! I would definitely recommend wed2b Belfast to all of my friends!

At the time we were the only ones in the shop! Tried on 1 dress and from there we where able to say what I liked and didn’t like about it and within another 2 dresses we found the ONE!

Tricia and Tina were so incredibly friendly and professional! They really listened to me and my concerns and totally accommodated my indecisiveness! They also looked after my mum and my maid of honour who joined me and made them feel so included! They totally made my experience so smooth! Absolutely would recommend them again and again!

They were both so sweet and genuine and really made the process so easy and fun actually. I found my dream dress and they will forever be apart of my wedding journey. Be careful when buying accessories - I left with a lot of stuff that I didn’t need - Wed2b do not refund - even within the 14 day rule - 3 stars to Wed2b for that!

I had a great experience at Wed2B Belfast over the last few months. I first visited four months ago and was assisted by Amber, who was incredibly sweet and attentive while I tried on my first few options.
When I returned a few months later, Tina helped me out. She was brilliant—I ended up looking for something completely opposite to my original idea! Tina really listened to what I was after and picked out the perfect dress. I fell in love with it, but still wanted to think it over.
A few days later I called the helpline to check the stock at the Belfast store. The team there was fab and kept the dress aside for me until I could get in that same afternoon. As soon as I tried it on again, I knew it was the one.
Huge thanks to Amber, Tina and Tricia for all your help ladies. Thank you for being part of my journey in finding the perfect dress.

The Belfast store had little stock available compared to their website, staff not very knowledgeable or helpful as to what would suit me. Unable to pin or clip larger dresses to see how it might look when altered. Manager was extremely rude to one of my bridesmaids when looking at dress options. Overall, awful experience. Visited another bridal shop shortly after and it was a night and day experience, found my dream dress with the help of a lady in the business 30+ years who listened to me, found what suited me best and is able to alter in-house. So glad we tried wed2be to witness what buying your wedding dress should NOT feel like!! AVOID

I am from Sligo and had previously visited wed2be Dublin. I would never go to wed2be dublin again, it was the exact opposite of experience of wed2be belfast. We had an amazing time at wed2b Belfast last weekend. From the start, we were greeted and explained how the process works by Tricia(ask for her), who couldn’t have done enough for us. Tricia was excellent, she was interested in your big day and full of enthusiasm. She listened to what I wanted and and brought me dresses that suited my shape so well as I am curvy. Got my dream dress, veil and underskirt for a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend wed2be belfast and Tricia.
