Very patient for a nervous bride, allowed me to try on a selection of new dresses and I didnt feel rushed.

Ik deed een online aankoop van de bruidsmeisjes collectie voor de jubileum van mijn grootouders. Over de jurk zelf ben ik zeer tevreden. Heel mooi van kleur, ruime maten en goede kwaliteit. Echter de communicatie er rond was een stuk minder. Je hebt een levertijd van 12 weken staat er overal bij. Na plusminus 10 weken informeerde ik of ze misschien een idee hadden wanneer de jurk geleverd werd omdat ik deze nog moest passen en laten aanpassen bij de naaister. Hierop kreeg ik het antwoord dat de jurk geleverd zou worden in de week van het feest. Ik heb duidelijk laten horen dat het niet kon dat ze nog extra tijd nemen die niet bij in die 12 weken zat. Later kreeg ik een mail terug dat zij telde vanaf de week die volgde op mijn bestelling en dat ik dus niet goed had geteld. Ik vond dit zeer spijtig, want zo was mijn jurk te laat. Hier kreeg ik geen antwoord meer op. Eind goed al goed ; de week na mijn vraag wanneer de jurk kwam en dus heel het gedoe begon kreeg ik een telefoontje dat mijn jurk geleverd was, en klaar was voor afhaling. Kortom; superblij met mijn mooie jurk, maar de communicatie kan beter naar mijn mening.

I went to the store looking for a dress with an idea of what I was looking for and Ella has been amazing at finding me the perfect dress! She showed me many other options to make sure I would get the full experience until I finally choose the one I felt in love with.

A better experience than I could’ve ever imagined! After a terrible situation with a previous boutique, I went in not feeling super hopeful and stressed with the lack of time before my wedding. However - left with “the” dress after only trying on 4 different options! With the help of Maisey - who is super patient, calming and attentive! In fact all staff were amazing! I can’t recommend them enough :)

I visited the Rotherham store on Sat 15th August and felt very welcomed by Rachel firstly who got me checked in. She was lovely to chat to and advised me on everything to expect. I then spent a couple of hours with Layla trying on dresses and had a fabulous time! She asked me what I wanted and pulled dresses that matched my vision, but she definitely knew better and picked the perfect dress for me which was the complete opposite to what I wanted but it was perfect! There was a mild hiccup with being overcharged by mistake but this was rectified super quickly with no trouble at all. I also called the customer services later in the day as I couldn’t locate some optional sleeves I purchased, but they were in the bag in a secret spot I hadn’t checked haha. Rachel then called me back personally to double check I’d found them. Thank you for everything! X

Absolutely loved the experience, all the ladies who worked there were so lovely and welcoming. The girl who did my consultation was amazing unfortunately can’t remember her name but deserves so much credit, listened to every idea and detail I mentioned of what I would like my dress to look like. She made me feel so comfortable with my experience. I said yes to the dress very happy!

It was my first day going wedding dress shopping and when I arrived here I felt instantly at ease , the atmosphere was lovely and I felt calm, it was clean and airy , I had ruby helping me out today and she was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what I wanted ! I said yes to the dress ! X

Sophie was amazing, extremely patient and settled me as I was quite nervous. I explained what I was thinking and within 2 dresses I had found the 1!
The store is very spacious and cool and such a big selection.
Prices are incredible too, if you’re getting married I would highly recommend using wed2be.

Voor mijn eerste keer jurken passen ben ik naar wed2b gegaan. Ik vond het best spannend maar ik werd goed geholpen door Naomi. Aan de hand van wat ik mooi vond heeft ze jurken gepakt om te passen en vanuit daar hebben we verder geselecteerd. Tijdens het passen voelde ik me op mijn gemak. Naomi wist ook accessoires te kiezen die goed bij de jurk passen. Uiteindelijk in 1x geslaagd, dat had ik van tevoren niet verwacht!

Whilst I absolutely love my dress I feel the consultants were continually steering me towards the higher end of the dress price bracket. Requests were made three times to try on a dress but this didn't happen, Be aware there are additional costs for storage boxes, dress bag and coat hanger which we weren’t aware of. That said I have the most beautiful dress that wasn’t on my list to try. It’s perfect.

The girls in the Norwich shop were fantastic. Really knowledgeable about all of their stock & designs and made our day of wedding dress shopping a truly memorable one.
They were really helpful with suggestions & ideas.
I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Kathleen at the Fleetwood store could not have been more wonderful! I hadn't tried on any wedding dresses before and was quite nervous, but Kathleen understood what I was looking for immediately! She was charming, cheerful and kind, as well as providing lots of tips and pointing out things we may not have considered when it came to seamstresses and alterations. Thank you so much Kathleen xxx

I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Wed2B Bristol, Millie was incredible and made me feel so calm and chose an amazing selection of dresses for me to try! 💕

I went to Wed 2 Be in Wrexham. Alisha helped me through the whole process of finding my dream dress. I wasn’t totally expecting to find it yesterday but it was such a calm and supportive environment and luckily I came away with my dream dress all thanks to Alisha and the girls are Wed2Be, they all made me feel so special and I am so grateful.

From the moment I walked in the team were fantastic. Katie looked after me and she was fantastic. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out I was wrong. Katie didn’t let me panic. I ended up saying ‘yes to the dress’ that she chose for me. Thank you to all the team for making my day special.

Made me feel so welcome, so many dresses to choose from. 100% recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ordered 4 x bridesmaid dresses. They came into store much earlier than anticipated so that was a bonus. Attended the store to collect dresses and asked if I could check the dresses before leaving the store to ensure there were no flaws and they were the correct sizes etc. I wanted to do this because my friend had previously had an issue with her dress. The sales assistant was so unhelpful, basically popped the dresses, as they came on the rail and walked away. I was then left to remove the polythene and bands off the cardboard hangers to check each dress. When I asked if I could have a bag I was advised it would be £10 per bag. As I struggled to get the flimsy peace of polythene back over the 4 dresses, I got so frustrated and annoyed that I asked if someone could at least help me. I left the shop with one piece of polythene over 4 dresses with the bottom of the dresses hanging out the bottom. Thankfully it wasn’t raining but is this really acceptable or good customer service.
I totally appreciate that wed2b is a budget bridal store but does that mean there’s zero customer service. It very much felt a case of - you’ve paid for your dresses, just take them and leave. I certainly wouldn’t recommend wed2b to friends or family in the future.
If you want your dress thrown at you not even properly protected then it’s the store for you.

As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. I was given the chance to try on lots of different dresses and ones I never thought of wearing. They were honest and said they cannot reserve and once the dresses are gone they are gone but I didn't feel pressured in getting "the dress" as it was my first try on and experience.
