Had such a great experience today buying my Wedding dress! I had visited 1 other store and didn’t have an amazing experience but Diana was so amazing and made me and my friend feel really special and so looked after during our visit. They were patient when I wasn’t sure what to try, and we settled on a dress that I wouldn’t have usually tried on but absolutely fell in love with.

Louise at the Manchester store was lovely, she found my dream dress after the second one I tried on but was still happy for me to try on loads of other dresses to make sure I was sure about my choice and used a rating system which really helped. The dress was also a great price which is another bonus!

What an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish Alex was amazing she couldn't have been more helpful and made me feel so comfortable the dresses in store are unreal a dress to suit everyone with all the dresses I had in mind it was actually the dress that Alex picked for me that became my dream dress so thank you very much Alex for taking me out of my comfort zone and making me try a dress that I really didn't expect to be the one I would fall in love with couldn't recommend the girls in this shop enough ❤️

I never thought I would get married and so when that changed, my best friend and I went into Manchester and just happened to see the Wed2B shop and walked in. It was a great experience but as I wanted to try on other dresses I didn't commit to a dress that day. We then went back as I had a very bad experience at another shop where I felt obligated to say yes to the dress and was not happy with the dress. When we went back we were welcomed back and even though it was one of the busiest days, your team made sure to fit us in and I walked away with a beautiful dress that I love. The team at the Manchester Arndale outlet are phenomenal! They all made us feel welcomed, at ease and made it a fun experience for me. Thank you to Gemma, Kelis, Jess and Harmony for being so amazing!!

We were attended to on the day by the lovley Alex, she made me feel so at ease and was so helpful. There were so many dress choices and accessories. I was so happy to say yes to my dress on my visit.

Visited the Dublin store today, had an amazing time and walked out with a stunning dress! It was my first time bridal shopping and I was by myself, too, so was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect, but the staff were all wonderful throughout! It was pretty busy but I only had to wait about 20 mins after checking in. Thanks so much again to Eileen who was just amazing! I had such a great time trying out different styles, materials etc with her help. Thank again to Alex, too, and the whole team who were all so friendly and helpful and answered all my (many) questions! Couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend!

Zoe helped me so much with trying on dresses. She was very friendly and so approachable. I didnt bring any friends with me as it was a last minute pop in but it felt like i had a friend to see the dress because Zoe. The dress that i purchased is the one ive been eyeing on for so long and im so grateful that I got it. High quality and very stunning!!!!

I Went there with just an idea in my head on what i wanted. As soon as walked in the girls totally looked after me. Very welcoming and happy, eager to help me. It was my first shop trying dresses so i was nervous but my shop assistant, who was designated just to me, just knew exactly what she was doing. She picked me a dress and it hit loads of good points but not perfect, so based on that she went and got another and it was just 5/5, fit me like a glove, suited me to the bone and i said yes to the dress! So happy! So excited! Was just great!

I visited this store in Drumcondra, Dublin, twice last week. My first visit was on a Friday, and the experience wasn't too bad. I didn't decide on a dress that day, but they told me they would email me all the information regarding the dresses I had tried on. That never happened; I never received that email.

By Saturday, I had decided on one of the dresses from the day before. Fearing it might be sold, I called the shop to purchase it over the phone (by giving my card details) and arrange to pick it up the following day. The girl I spoke with told me they couldn't take payment over the phone, but as an exception, they would hold the dress for me until the next day so I could pay in person. I was very grateful, and they even sent me a confirmation email stating they were holding the dress for me.

However, when I arrived on Sunday with two friends to try it on one last time and finalize the purchase, the experience turned sour. The staff, including the manager, treated me like I was crazy, insisting they "don't work that way." When I tried to show them the confirmation email as proof, they completely ignored me. They were incredibly rude and dismissive.

They eventually told me they hadn't held any dress for me, but that they did have it in stock and I could try it on—though they said this with a terrible attitude and zero willingness to help. My two friends were genuinely shocked by how poorly I was treated.

Fortunately, the dress was there and I bought it, but only because I wanted the dress—I have no intention of ever returning. What should have been a beautiful and exciting experience was the exact opposite. I have the email confirmation of the reservation as proof, but unfortunately, this platform does not allow me to attach the screenshot here. It is a shame that such a lovely place, which should make you feel special, provides such a horrible experience.

This was my first time trying on dresses and it was such a peaceful, calm and enjoyable experience thanks to the expert Liv who made finding my dream dress super easy!

BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES ONLY EXPERIENCE. Good selection of dresses and colours. Staff very helpful in both Liverpool and Dublin stores. Surabhi in the Dublin store was amazing with her customer care and attention to detail.
Customer service by phone was poor... no updates available for order, no knowledge of stock in store
and would never connect the store directly by phone. Always from Milton Keynes.
The dresses did however arrive before time, we paid for rush; they were 2 weeks before expected delivery date for rush.
Dress sizes run small.

I went into Wed2Be a few months ago just to have a look at wedding dresses and different styles — little did I know I’d walk out with my actual wedding dress! I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady who helped me, but from the moment I walked in and explained what I was looking for (and what I wasn’t), she was incredibly patient and attentive. She showed me several options, and funnily enough, the style I wasn’t initially considering ended up being the one I fell in love with.

The dress was absolutely amazing, and I received so many compliments on the day. I honestly don’t think I could have found anything more perfect or more suited to me. Thank you, Wed2Be, for such a wonderful experience!
