I came into the gateshead store with very little influence/style of dress in mind.
The staff were so lovely, welcoming and also included my family during the visit.
I just want to thank georgie personally for helping me say yes to my dress!
As a plus size girl she made me feel exactly how any girl should feel in this experience, i was never judged or felt uncomfortable at any point.
She spoke to me throughout everything which made me feel so at ease.
The designs and quality of the dresses for there prices are unbelievable.
From just going in to have a look, i walked out with my dream dress.

On arrival I received a very warm welcome from Jasmine, I immediately felt at ease, the entrance had a luxury feel with the most exquisite display of beautiful wedding gowns. Jasmine was kind caring and professional, we had a chat about my likes and dislikes sitting on a comfy sofa, she was definitely in tune with my needs and found the most gorgeous dresses to try on, also staying later to finalize my purchase. I would recommend wed2be, they've really thought about the needs of a bride and family.

First thing first, I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Sophie at the Norwich Store. Knowing this was my first time trying wedding dresses she made it as smooth and meaningful.

She listen to everything I was saying and made me feel at ease. She made me feel special. Sophie went above and beyond when it came to my vail. Making sure she found the perfect vail for me ( even if it mean was by taking it off a mannequin because it was the last one in store) and when it came to saying yes to my beautiful dress that she found for me she allowed me to spend as much time as I could in it. And have my time in my beautiful Ivana dress.

Honestly I was nervous when I walked in the store, when I walked out I felt soo confident and walking on cloud nine. I’m still smiling and can’t get over the whole experience. Thank you to everyone today

Ik heb een werkelijk fantastische ervaring gehad, vol emotie en vreugde.
Ik heb niet zomaar een jurk gekocht; bij mijn terugkomst werd ik overladen met liefde en unieke steun, waardoor ik me weer helemaal in mijn trouwdag waande.
De attentheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel hebben me helemaal overtuigd.

The whole experience was magical. From stepping through the door we were greeted and made to feel special. Josie was amazing throughout trying the dresses. I said yes to my dress! EXCITING!!

I had the best experience at Wed2B Chelmsford today. I worked with Alecia and Alara and they could not have made my day any better. I was incredibly nervous to go wedding dress shopping as a larger lady, and was very nervous about the size of my chest and how I would look in a wedding dress. Alecia and Alara made me feel so special. They were both so helpful and sensitive to my body type. The dress that I chose wasn’t even one that I had pictured myself in, it was chosen by the staff, and I absolutely fell in love. I tried it on three separate times, and Alara never made me feel like I was being a bother. Her ability to tie a corset is amazing! I cannot thank them enough for making me feel how I felt today, thank you ladies!

I cant tell ypu how amazing it was fr the moment I stepped foot through the doors to the moment we left! We were greeted by Kelis who had a huge smile and instantly put me at ease. Im not a tiny lady but a 14/16 afyer a big weightloss and was worried about sizing but it was perfect she talked us through the process, we were left to chooses some dresses. Then were taken to the dressing room. Again she told me the process and we got to it. Kelis was full of compliments and made sure I was comfortable if I had any questions each time I tried a dress or moved around. She was happy to take pictures for me and I even tried a dress on again so I could ring my mum.
So I would highly recommend wed2b for any anxious bride!
And the pricing was veryyy good!

Ik belde eerst voor te horen of de Pemberley nog in stock was, dit was enkel in Gent. Ik woonde in Mechelen en het was niet mogelijk het artikel op te halen in de winkel in Antwerpen. Na een rit tot Gent krijg ik dan nog is te horen dat dit niet zomaar kan langsgaan in de winkel. Ik zei haar dat ik reeds gebeld had en ze zei dat ze van niets wist en “vond dit niet kunnen” aangezien het stuk misschien al gereserveerd voor iemand anders kon zijn. Ik vond dit niet klantvriendelijk en voelde mij niet warm onthaald. Desondanks in mijn ogen de slechte service en daarnaast het advies van de verkoopster die mij het stuk afraadde, omdat zij het niet bij mijn kleed vond passen, heb ik het alsnog gekocht. Heel blij met het artikel, maar service en klantgerichtheid: nul. Mijn mama moest tijdens het passen ook naar het toilet, een dame op leeftijd en dit was niet mogelijk. Ook krijg ik nu de vraag voor een review, terwijl ik het artikel mei 2026 gekocht heb.

Very patient for a nervous bride, allowed me to try on a selection of new dresses and I didnt feel rushed.

Ik deed een online aankoop van de bruidsmeisjes collectie voor de jubileum van mijn grootouders. Over de jurk zelf ben ik zeer tevreden. Heel mooi van kleur, ruime maten en goede kwaliteit. Echter de communicatie er rond was een stuk minder. Je hebt een levertijd van 12 weken staat er overal bij. Na plusminus 10 weken informeerde ik of ze misschien een idee hadden wanneer de jurk geleverd werd omdat ik deze nog moest passen en laten aanpassen bij de naaister. Hierop kreeg ik het antwoord dat de jurk geleverd zou worden in de week van het feest. Ik heb duidelijk laten horen dat het niet kon dat ze nog extra tijd nemen die niet bij in die 12 weken zat. Later kreeg ik een mail terug dat zij telde vanaf de week die volgde op mijn bestelling en dat ik dus niet goed had geteld. Ik vond dit zeer spijtig, want zo was mijn jurk te laat. Hier kreeg ik geen antwoord meer op. Eind goed al goed ; de week na mijn vraag wanneer de jurk kwam en dus heel het gedoe begon kreeg ik een telefoontje dat mijn jurk geleverd was, en klaar was voor afhaling. Kortom; superblij met mijn mooie jurk, maar de communicatie kan beter naar mijn mening.

I went to the store looking for a dress with an idea of what I was looking for and Ella has been amazing at finding me the perfect dress! She showed me many other options to make sure I would get the full experience until I finally choose the one I felt in love with.

A better experience than I could’ve ever imagined! After a terrible situation with a previous boutique, I went in not feeling super hopeful and stressed with the lack of time before my wedding. However - left with “the” dress after only trying on 4 different options! With the help of Maisey - who is super patient, calming and attentive! In fact all staff were amazing! I can’t recommend them enough :)

I visited the Rotherham store on Sat 15th August and felt very welcomed by Rachel firstly who got me checked in. She was lovely to chat to and advised me on everything to expect. I then spent a couple of hours with Layla trying on dresses and had a fabulous time! She asked me what I wanted and pulled dresses that matched my vision, but she definitely knew better and picked the perfect dress for me which was the complete opposite to what I wanted but it was perfect! There was a mild hiccup with being overcharged by mistake but this was rectified super quickly with no trouble at all. I also called the customer services later in the day as I couldn’t locate some optional sleeves I purchased, but they were in the bag in a secret spot I hadn’t checked haha. Rachel then called me back personally to double check I’d found them. Thank you for everything! X

Absolutely loved the experience, all the ladies who worked there were so lovely and welcoming. The girl who did my consultation was amazing unfortunately can’t remember her name but deserves so much credit, listened to every idea and detail I mentioned of what I would like my dress to look like. She made me feel so comfortable with my experience. I said yes to the dress very happy!

It was my first day going wedding dress shopping and when I arrived here I felt instantly at ease , the atmosphere was lovely and I felt calm, it was clean and airy , I had ruby helping me out today and she was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what I wanted ! I said yes to the dress ! X

Sophie was amazing, extremely patient and settled me as I was quite nervous. I explained what I was thinking and within 2 dresses I had found the 1!
The store is very spacious and cool and such a big selection.
Prices are incredible too, if you’re getting married I would highly recommend using wed2be.

Voor mijn eerste keer jurken passen ben ik naar wed2b gegaan. Ik vond het best spannend maar ik werd goed geholpen door Naomi. Aan de hand van wat ik mooi vond heeft ze jurken gepakt om te passen en vanuit daar hebben we verder geselecteerd. Tijdens het passen voelde ik me op mijn gemak. Naomi wist ook accessoires te kiezen die goed bij de jurk passen. Uiteindelijk in 1x geslaagd, dat had ik van tevoren niet verwacht!
