Wonderful experience and really loved everything

Absolutely amazing service from the staff, they were so helpful and listened to the style I like and I even fell in love with the second dress and even took it home the same day

Lauren was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The most amazing experience.

Upon entering the Gateshead store, we were greeted with such pleasant ladies. Lizzie our consultant was absolutely amazing, I explained what I really wanted, we walked around to look at some dresses, the one that stood out to me I tried on and fell in love with it. Top score for this one, lizzie said don’t want to try another to rule out my first impressions, we did we tried another on which was also beautiful, she asked do you want to try a plain style to make sure we rule out the two I loved. We did just that, every one was pointing back to my first dress. When I put thw dress back, we done the full effect with veil and everything! I knew this was the one! I walked out with dress, she knew what I wanted offered recommendations to accessorise! Absolutely fantastic experience, I would highly recommend wed2b for any future brides, all the staff were amazing, friendly and supportive! 100% of customer service, nothing was ever too much! Very helpful and I can’t wait for my big day to put my dress on and I will be tagging them! Fantastic, extremely happy customer!

I visited the Gateshead store as a walk in. Initially very apprehensive, no idea what I wanted and feeling very conscious of my body image and as an older bride.
The staff were amazing, Very friendly, showed compassion and provided positive feedback and recommendations whilst putting me at ease.
Beck’s, my bridle advisor was excellent. She listened to my likes and dislikes and supported me to try a variety of beautiful dresses that complemented my body shape. Whilst, I did not know what I wanted, I knew what my reduced confidence wanted to hide. Beck’s experience supported me to choose my dress on my first shopping trip. I said yes to the wildcard, a beautifully, elegant and flattering dress.
Thank you Beck’s and your colleagues for turning my dreaded shopping trip into a positive experience.

Brogan was absolutely amazing! She was kind and patient and pulled some beautiful dresses for me to try on. She knew exactly what I was looking for and what I didn’t like in a dress. We went during the week so had the full shop to ourselves apart from one other bride. Everyone was lovely and it was such a nice experience!

Had a fantastic experience with my family at the Gateshead store with Kate.

Kate listened carefully to what I was after / wanted to give a try and was amazing with guiding me through a range of different dresses.

She also made me feel really comfortable and able to share my true thoughts and opinions.

With her amazing help I ended up saying yes to the dress, which I was not expecting to happen!!

Denise was really great i was very out of my comfort zone and she made me feel at ease and more confident within myself she was amazing very nice lady thankyou so much x

Popped in to look for dresses today amazing service, Lauren selected perfect dresses from a chat with me and found the perfect dress. So lovely all the staff and excellent service.

Thank you for such a great experience, everyone was so lovely and Denise really looked after me. I didn't really know what kind of dress I was looking for but Denise brought a few option for me to try and by the end of my visit I had found my dream dress. The whole experience was very relaxed and i never felt rushed or pressured.

My whole experience from beginning to end was lovely. My dress assistant Denise was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable, asked me about exactly what I wanted for my dress and left out no details. Denise was so welcoming to all of my family I had with me. She came with dresses exactly what I had described and was so helpful and supportive during the whole process. She also made the experience very personal to myself which I loved. I walked away with my perfect dress for my Disney Wedding!!

Aswell as Denise, all of the staff where so lovely and kind and made you feel so good about yourself in the dresses, they would all give you lovely comments as they walked past. There was one woman (I can’t remember her name) who came over as she was also obsessed with Disney world and I was able to share all my excitement with her and we had lovely conversations about it.

Holly was an absolute star in helping me find my dream dress, she listened to what I wanted, made me feel at ease instantly and made the whole experience perfect for me and my family.

I went to try on dresses at Wed2b not expecting to find my dress but I found it thanks to Brogan and the team. I turned up at 10am scared that there would be a queue out the door but I was the first one in and had the store to myself at the start and when other people turned up I barely even noticed they were there. I went in with an open mind but had an idea of what I would like. I was really nervous for my appointment and felt a bit overwhelmed when trying on the first dress. I felt like I couldn’t decide if I liked the dress because it was so unusual to have a wedding dress on but Brogan and the other girls let me take my time in my first dress to look at it at different angles and just get used to being in a dress. I explained what type of dress I would love but was scared i wouldn’t suit it however Brogan took the comments from the other dresses and I found my dress! I was also cautious about the price but everything I got was within my budget. I would definitely recommend Web2b to anyone!

Absolutely loved the girl who helped us find my dream dress. She knew so much and all of the dresses by name! She made me feel comfortable and confident but didn’t give her own opinion unless I looked happy and she said “you seem to love this one and you do look amazing” really uplifting. The girl who was there at the very start seemed a bit fed up of her job. Not sure if she was in a manager role but she acted like it which was a shame. She seemed a bit stand offish and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Thank goodness for the second girl!

The staff were lovely and helpful, and I felt no pressure to find a dress. The only thing I’d say is that there were no where near as many dresses as they have online - most stock are quite extravagant dresses and they lacked in more minimalist ones (even though their website shows some lovely ones) and they can’t confirm where has stock for you to try. Otherwise, a lovely store with fantastic staff!

I absolutely loved my experience at wed2b. There was plenty of space for my family to sit and enjoy the experience too. The range of dresses was fantastic. The ladies who looked after me were very attentive and listened really well. I loved revealing me in my dresses, I felt very special. It was an emotional experience and I absolutely love, love, love my dress. Thank you.

Bec was amazing and really made the day special. I felt like a princess and it was such a lovely supportive environment! I had a wonderful experience and found the dress of my dreams!
