Wed2b Norwich- had an absolutely amazing experience with Milly our consultant. Milly put my partner and i at ease straightaway. I felt really listened to and helped me find the best dress that made me feel beautiful. Shout out to Betsy and Donna who were also fabulous

I honestly cannot recommend WED2B enough!💖

I went into the store today with absolutely no intention of finding my wedding dress. I was only planning to have a little look around, see the different styles and get an idea of what I liked, I didn’t even expect to try anything on! Somehow, I ended up saying 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒!!🥹👰🏻‍♀️✨

A special mention to Betsy, who was my bridal consultant today. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was so lovely, welcoming, patient and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. She listened to what I liked, helped me explore different styles and never once made me feel pressured.

All of the staff in the store were also so lovely and welcoming and they were always happy to assist me throughout my appointment. They even took the time to sit and chat with my mum throughout, which made her feel so involved in the experience too💖.

I never understood when people said “you’ll just know when it’s the dress” or that they cried when they found it, because I genuinely never thought I’d have that feeling myself…but I completely understand it now!🥹 I ended up bawling my eyes out, with my mum crying too and somehow even one of Betsy’s colleagues was crying with us!🥹✨ It was such a special and emotional moment that I’ll never forget.

What started as a quick look around unexpectedly became one of the most special days and I’m so grateful to Betsy and the whole WED2B team for making it such a memorable experience. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined finding my dress today, but I couldn’t be happier that I did!🥹💍

The team was fabulous! Storm and Donna made us feel so welcomed, listened too and nothing was too much! We returned again later the same day to try the dress on again and they were so helpful. Spending time with us, listening to our opinions and thoughts and not applying any pressure what so ever!

Ended up getting the dress and just wanted to say what a fantastic team there is on the Norwich branch! Thank you soo much!

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding gown at Wed2b Norwich! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special mention to Hannah, the lovely lady who assisted me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and was incredibly patient in helping me find the perfect dress.

Betsy was my dress consultant and was very sweet and very knowledgeable and professional. I told her what I thought I wanted which we tried on but things just didn't feel right, she then threw in a wild card and that was the one, love at first fitting, I am so happy with my dress and cannot wait for everyone to see it. I had wonderful service from Storm in the Norwich store on Sunday. I was super nervous to try on dresses and she was so patient and understanding. I came in with a dress in mind, which wasn’t in stock, but Storm immediately found a similar dress, dare I say even more flattering! Ended up purchasing tha first dress tried on. She also managed to match me up with the veil of my dreams!
Cannot fault her whatsoever, she really made it into a lovely morning.
I believe Molly was the name of the manager that processed my payment and she was also really sweet!

I had the most amazing bridal experience with Storm and the rest of the team, they were all so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

Storm made me feel completely at ease while I was searching for my perfect dress. I ended up with something so different from what I thought I’d love, but she just knew exactly what suited me and helped me find the one!

I felt so comfortable the entire time and honestly had the best, most special experience.

Headed to WED2B Saturday the 6th of June in Norwich and was greeted by Greta , from the of she was amazing , so welcoming and instantly calmed my nerves. Had a consultation with Greta about the wedding , the kind of style the wedding will be , what clothes I normally wear. After the consultation Greta then headed off and picked my first dress on initial thought I did not like the dress on the hanger , got the dress on and instantly changed my mind. I felt amazing. However I tried on a few more dresses, Greta made sure I tried on all different styles of dresses and I kept going back to the first dress! I tried on the first dress again , the one I initially did not like on the hanger but loved on and I instantly knew this dress was made for me , I happily said yes to the dress!

I’m so glad I put all my trust into Greta, I am absolutely In love with my dress! Greta was amazing from start to finish, she made sure I was happy and comfortable through out , full of knowledge. All other staff I spoke with were lovely but a big thankyou to Greta for helping me find my dream dress!

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and listened to me. One member of staff showed me around the dresses and explained each designers different style. I really wasn't sure what I wanted for my wedding dress. I chose a couple to try on which were beautiful but didnt feel 100%. I asked my consultant if she could chose something for me given what we had spoke about and she blew me away! She chose something I never thought I could wear and felt amazing in it. Listen to your consultant they are amazing at their job 😊 I said yes to the dress on my first visit and can not wait for my husband to be to see me on the day.

I had a great experience from both Chelmsford and Norwich Stores, both of which were more than helpful. Due to personal circumstances my body shape has changed, to do alterations to the dress bodice would have been detrimental to the design. Claudia, Store Manager. Invited me to return to the Norwich shop, she agreed and following discussions with customer care team, she spent time with me in finding another style which fits perfectly. So pleased with the outcome. I can't thank Claudia enough along with all the staff and Customer Care Team. Thank you again.
