The whole experience was made to feel so special and I want to say a massive thank you to Eva for helping me pick my gorgeous dress. She was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you again 🤍

Excellent customer service and I felt comfortable and not pressured. Within a couple of hours I walked away 100% happy with my dress.

Very pushy sales staff who didnt listen to brides likes and dislikes. It felt more about a sale than actually trying to find a dress that looked good and fitted well. Every dress was but you can get this and that altered - basically to create a completely different dress. Have been to several bridal shops and would not recommend wed2b

Molly at the Nottingham Wed2b was so very helpful. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and just lovely.

​I cannot recommend Chloe enough! I walked into my appointment feeling incredibly anxious, but her calm energy immediately put me at ease. What I appreciated most was how she validated every concern I had, she never made me feel like I was overthinking, even when I was stuck on the smallest details. She wasn't afraid to share her honest professional opinion, which was so helpful in making my final decision!
The only negative thing I can say is I waited for 2 hours before trying on any dresses but since I found THE dress, it was completely worth the wait

From the moment we walked through the door to finding the "yes Dress" the service was perfect! Myself and my entourage could not fault anything! I would like to make a special mention to Tyra for looking after me and making me feel comfortable and finding my dream dress! I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff who genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect dress. Clean and spacious area. Opportunity to try on lots of dresses. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
My lady, Tyra from the Nottingham Store was so friendly and polite. Took the time to try and get closer to what I liked with each dress. A wonderful experience of first time dress shopping!

Wed2b was the first wedding dress shop I went to so I didn't really know what to expect, waited a little while to be seen but had the time to browse the dresses and see what I liked and it had all been explained before hand. Tyra helped me with my dresses and she was so patient by also energetic and set the vibe perfectly for my experience and nothing was too much to ask. It was great to try on a variety of dresses and all of the girls were so helpful with their opinions.
I found my dress and had a lovely day doing it. Thank you!

The whole experience was so much smoother and easier than expected! I had a fantastic member of the team (Molly) help me work out what I liked and didn't like and she was fantastic at making extra suggestions and being so patient as I was being indecisive! Loved leaving with the dress on the day and can't fault the whole experience.

Easy to find, free parking.
Dresses are nice but experience is definitely not as special as going to a boutique.
Sales woman was inauthentic and really didn’t care about making it a nice experience and was just trying to rush me to find a dress. Had to ask to actually see the dresses for myself to pick some out. Then when trying on she didn’t extend the train it was just a quick in and out.
They try to sell add ons which I expected and it wasn’t forceful.
I did find a dress which I do love but I felt more special at the boutique I visited previously.

Becky and Chloe were so lovely from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. They listened to exactly what I wanted and what I felt comfortable in, and took on everything I said to make sure I found the perfect dress. I would highly recommend going to these lovely girls. I arrived at Wed2b in Nottingham and was greeted by the lovely manger on site (Colleen - sorry if I’ve got your name incorrect lovely!) and was guided around the shop with my family, who felt very included and welcomed. We had some time to look through the dresses and then we were introduced to Chloe who took us to the consultation and explained things really well. Very professional and comfortable experience with Chloe who made me feel at ease whilst dressing. Listened to my suggestions and guided my family through my opinions on the dress before reveal which was a great step. All the dresses I had chosen actually weren’t very “me” or made me feel like a bride. Chloe found me the perfect dress, tears flowed and Chloe never rushed me or my family. We walked away with an absolute dream of a dress and the most relaxed and helpful experience. It was wonderful and my favourite day of wedding planning. I’ll be getting married in October and keeping my dress Á secret for another 235 days from my fiancé is crazy! But I cannot wait to see his face because the dress was perfect. Fitted like a glove and only needs minor alterations to the length. Putting on the veil and being given a bouquet to complete the look made everything so real and Chloe gave me guidance and space to process these big feelings. Chloe was such a wonderful person to have help us, Chloe’s person skills were top notch and she was able to be a step ahead at all times, read my expressions and offer suggestions without having to explain myself fully - because again it’s a wonderful and overwhelming experience. I wish Chloe all the success in the world because she is an absolute star! Thank you again to Chloe and the team. I am beyond excited

I had such a wonderful experience at Wed2B, thanks entirely to Niamh. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Her knowledge, patience, and eye for detail were incredible — she somehow managed to find dresses that suited my style even better than I imagined. Niamh was supportive without being pushy and made the whole experience feel really special and fun. I said yes to the dress because of her guidance, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’d highly recommend asking for Niamh if you’re visiting Wed2B!

Had a really great experience today picking my dress. I was really nervous and it was my first time ever trying a wedding dress on. Tyra worked hard to find what suited me and she pulled it out the bag! Couldn’t have done it without her!
