I was met by the lovely Debbie at wed2be in Shirley. She was so lovely and easy to chat too. Even though the day was about me she also made my sister and niece feel really involved too.
Debbie was so helpful from start to finish. She made me whole experience very calm and exciting.
I felt like I was one of those awkward customers who just kept saying no to the dress but Debbie made me feel like I wasn’t!
After trying on about 7 dresses I said yes to the final dress!
It was a dress my sister picked out for me and was completely something I wouldn’t have picked myself. But I absolutely love it!!
I would definitely recommend wed2be in Shirley and of course the lovely Debbie.

Deb in the Shirley branch was so brilliant. Her experience and exceptional eye helped us find two fantastic dresses. She advised on styling, hair and accessories, and she was so friendly too. Absolutely top marks!

Nisha was amazing. Listened and understood what I wanted. Made my experience so enjoyable and relaxing. No pressure. Fantastic and super helpful. I said yes to the dress.

I came in today and was feeling quite anxious about looking for my wedding dress. Nisha really looked after me and made it such an amazing and enjoyable memory for me. She was such a lovely girl and made me feel so at ease throughout, she explains things so well and is so passionate about her role. I came in with a specific idea of what dress I would like and the options were endless. The dresses at wed2b are beautiful and so affordably priced and the shop is stunning and comfortable. I absolutely love my dress. 100% recommend.

The whole process was so smooth and effortless . Walked in and out with my dress within the hour.
Staff were so friendly and took on board what I’d asked for.

The whole team were lovely. From as soon as I walked in I was welcomed with open arms. The whole process was explained to me and my assigned consultant Emily was wonderful.

First time trying on wedding dresses and I had a lovely experience. Staff were so attentive and Emily was so so amazing and really helped bring the vision to life! Left very happy with a lovely dress.

Was amazing from start to finish, listened to exactly what I liked and worked her magic.. I went for something I never thought I would have. She was genuinely so good, she made me feel so comfortable and listen too, and picked the dresses with so much consideration 🩷

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with WED2B as I’ve been so impressed with the service I received.

I originally found a flower girl dress I loved in the Shirley store, but unfortunately it then went out of stock. I contacted head office and was advised that they were expected back in around six weeks. When they still hadn’t become available, I emailed again, and the team went above and beyond to help. They managed to secure the dresses in the sizes I needed and arranged for them to be delivered to my local store.

The dresses are absolutely gorgeous, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to see my little girls wearing them on my wedding day! 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone at WED2B for going the extra mile. I’m truly so grateful, especially as these were the only flower girl dresses I had seen that I really loved. The service from those in store and head office has been fantastic from start to finish!

We had the most amazing experience on Saturday in the Birmingham Shirley Store! Debbie is a star, I felt so looked after and she was really patient in helping me find my dream dress! All of the ladies were so lovely, kind and knowledgeable and everything was really well organised. (PS - wed2b, you need to name a dress after Debs for all her years of incredible service!)

Mikayla was so welcoming and supportive from the moment we arrived. You could feel her excitement the whole way through and she knew exactly what dress would suit me, but also included the main features I wanted. She was so kind and patient as I tried on dresses, and even let us wait for my Grandma to come and see the dress before we purchased.

She was truly wonderful the whole way through and made me feel so comfortable. You could tell how much she loved supporting new brides with trying on their dresses, and listened to every detail of what I wanted my dress to be. I truly love my dress and can't wait for the big day. Thank you so much

We went on a Thursday evening which is their latest opening in the weekdays. It was calm and clean the whole shop. We were lucky to have Charlotte as our helper who made me feel confident and listened to.
They stocked my size in exactly what I was looking for and advised me on how I can alter the other parts I wanted.
There is so many dresses to choose from but not too overwhelming. Charlotte made me and my mum feel listened to and made us have fun with it all.

I had a wonderful experience when i visited the shirley branch for the 2nd time and had a wonderful lady named Michaela who helped me find my perfect wedding dress!
She knew exactly what accessories would work and look good and i left feeling amazing!

Staff were very helpful!
They were patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy there and then which made it such a lovely experience!
