Came in today looked after by Freya, i had an idea of the dress i wanted she found a similar one and i loved it so much more and walked away with my dress! For a new consultant she is doing an amazing job thankyou so much!

i had such a positive experience at wed2b swindon this morning & i found my dream dress!! the lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic and put me at such ease. she was so knowledgable and she was able to find some amazing dresses for me to try. she hyped me up every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. i would 10/10 recommend.

Came into Wed2be on a busy Saturday in Feb having no idea what kind of dress I wanted. Meg was super helpful, so lovely and so patience listening to everything I said & making me feel comfortable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Meg was fab and made my dress choice picking stress free! So thank you Meg!

I selected my wedding dress last year (a bit late for the review, i know) Amber was amazing at her job. She made sure she went through different options with me and took the time to understand what i was exactly looking for - she also gave me cute compliments ;)

Was amazing staff lovely atmosphere felt very welcome

I was made welcome from the moment I entered the Swindon store, and the atmosphere was perfect for me. What made the whole experience stand out was the girl who helped me to choose my dress (I’m so sorry, I’ve forgotten her name), she is 16 but I can honestly say I’d not have wanted anyone else helping me. She is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to the store and company.

My experience was definitely one to remember, I tried on so many dresses and definitely came out with a complete different mind set with what I went in with, the lady I had was absolutely brilliant, patient and definitely knew what she was talking about

The lady who helped us find the dress was so helpful. She didn’t rush us or put any pressure on us. We felt very relaxed.

The lady assisted me with getting the right accessories for my dress. Looking forward to wearing to seeing my wedding dress and the accessories. Super excited.

Emily at the Swindon store was so amazing!
She seemed to understand what I wanted before I knew myself! Only took 4 dresses to get my dream princess dress.
Not only did I not expect to find my dream dress quickly she even allowed me to come back the following day to “find my dress” and allowed others to be part of the special moment!
I cannot thank her enough for her dedication, and dress knowledge. Emily made me feel at ease straight away and talked me through the whole process.

Honestly couldn’t be happier.
I really didn’t think I would come out of the shop with a reservation on a dress first try !!

Web2b have been amazing, they helped me pick my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. They are not pushy in anyway just very helpful. Would highly recommend

Lovely dress found the process quite difficult and brought my daughter to help. She helped just being there and I would not have purchased anything without her help, so I was upset to hear a member of staff complaining that she directed me.

I’ve visited the Swindon branch twice now and I have been extremely happy with the service, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that when you’re being sold your dress, other bits are getting added to your bill but it’s worded in a way that makes you think it’s included, I think this needs to be really clear as I felt obliged to buy the extra dress bag at £100 when I really didn’t need it. Other than that the experience is beautiful and the staff are very friendly.

As a plus size , more mature bride, I was really anxious about trying on dresses. Amber was great from the moment I walked in and put me at ease straight away. She was patient and picked out lots of beautiful dresses for me to try on. She picked up my dream dress really quickly from just 2 photos and a very vague description of what I thought I wanted and I’m so happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Wed2be for anyone regardless of your shape or size.

Mariah was amazing! She helped me try on and narrow down as many dresses as I wanted until we found the perfect one. I can’t recommend her enough!
