I was made to feel special like I was the only customer in the store, Jo was very bubbly and she knew what she was doing what I asked for was exactly what she brought in for me.. very knowledgeable of all the products I tried on and knew what went well with what. Zoe made my experience unforgettable at Wed2be! She made me feel so calm and talked me through the different styles but she also made me feel really special in every gown and included my mum and niece in the experience. I walked away with my dream dress and couldn’t be happier! The manager at the front desk was also so helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend this shop and the dresses were amazing quality!

I had my very first wedding dress appointment at Wed2B Bromley and it was such an amazing experience.

From the second I walked in all the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and supportive from start to finish. A special thank you to Tahlia, who was incredible. She really listened to my vision and the vibe I wanted, and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress.

The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable, with no pressure at all. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment and would highly recommend Wed2B Bromley to any bride-to-be!

came from cardiff to visit the bristol store and my experience was absolutely amazing! i was helped my maria and the first dress i tried on was the one, i placed a deposit as i wanted to come back with my mum and returned 2 days later. the whole experience was amazing and i felt so comfortable with all the girls hyping me up (i am so sorry to say i forgot the name of the girl who helped me on saturday - black hair with w fringe but she was so lovely!). thank you to all the girlies for helping me find my dream dress! xxx

My stylist Sophie, at the Castle Quarter branch in Norwich, was beyond amazing. She asked what I wanted and was able to find me the perfect dress within 2 dresses, the second was the curve ball but her eye and skills to see what will suit you is all part of the experience. Highly rate the experience and if you get Sophie you will be in for the best time. Thank you so much Wed2B and Sophie, you are an amazing Soul who made my experience magical. And made me cry happy tears xx

Ich habe mein Brautkleid heute bei Maja gefunden und bin überglücklich! Sie war unglaublich zauberhaft, herzlich und hat sich Zeit genommen. Die Beratung war super angenehm und hat sich fast so angefühlt als wäre sie eine Freundin von mir! Ich habe erstaunlich schnell mein perfektes Kleid + Zubehör gefunden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Der Laden macht schon beim reinkommen einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck, die Kleider sind alle in durchsichtigen Kleidersäcken verpackt, sodass sie nicht kaputt gehen können.
Man darf selbst durch die Reihen gehen und die Kleider anschauen.
Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Went into the Norwich store on 15thApril and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies, Greta was assigned to be my consultant, she listened to what style I wanted and brought back a few options. She helped me into and out of my dresses and helped if they were too big so I got to see what it would be like when altered. I did purchase a dress and it was very neatly packed into a box and I took a hanging bag and hanger (at an extra cost) too, she also gave me a list of seamstresses around a my area. I was a bit wary of going into Wed2b because of some poor reviews and I was very pleased with my experience, Greta was lovely and caring and didn’t try to hard sell anything it was all down to me and my decision. Thank you so much ☺️

Incredible! My first time looking at dresses so only popped in to have a browse and thought I would try a few on as a start to see what sort of thing I liked. Sally was amazing and helped me quickly see what I didn’t like and then found the one which just fit my figure perfectly with all the details I liked. Also helped with the veil and on the first pick she matched it perfectly to the dress and my style!!! Couldn’t have asked for more, the perfect day.

absolutely love my dress …slightly disappointed about the charge for dress bags, box and coat hangers …was was almost £90 just for the packaging.we wasn’t even asked if we wanted the boxes ..

I said yes to the dress and thats all down to my assistant Courtney she listened, she was kind, she was lovely i couldn't do it without her she had all my best interests so a big thankyou to Courtney .

The lady who was helping us get the dresses in the changing room paid us very little attention. Two of my bridesmaids have autism and were very overwhelmed but her manner was extremely abrupt with them.

Liverpool store. All staff were lovely and welcoming, once I had gone through my requirements, they totally understood the assignments and got it spot on, I honestly did not think I was going to purchase a dress that day but walked out with "the one" an hour later, only tried on 2 and it was a hard choice to decide as they were both pretty perfect. The staff were really good at their job......happy (older bride!)customer 😊👍❤️.

We had a great experience at the Wed2Be store in Newquay where I brought my 2 bridesmaids and my mum. I already have my wedding dress which I bought elsewhere but I had planned on buying the 2 bridesmaid dresses from here. We were greeted right away and the employee who served us was very quick and attentive to what I wanted. My bridesmaids tried on the dresses (not the correct colour) so we could check sizes etc. We did see the colour I wanted but in a different style. The shop was very clean and looked amazing, I had no idea how big it was upstairs! The changing rooms were great and huge. Nice seating area for us to wait for our bridesmaids to change and see how they looked. Very pleased with the experience and looking forward to receiving the dresses! Thank you.

Excellent service, Layla was very attentive, listened to everything I asked for, made me feel very comfortable and found me the perfect dress!! Amazing choice and great staff highly recommend!!

I visited wed2b in Leeds for the first time after seeing some dresses i like online. I was slightly worried because my wedding is only 5 short months away and this was the first store i visited. I had no plans of buying a dress because I can be very picky and wasn’t sure I would find the one. Gaby was amazing and so so helpful, she was so warm and friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up finding the dress i absolutely adored and went home with it the same day. Requires minor alterations as it is slightly too big but they have sent me some recommendations for seamstresses around Leeds. A wonderful experience overall.

From start to finish Aimee was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to what I was after and pulled out some amazing options - she showed us how the dresses could all be adapted and was clear about the whole process. I ended up going with the Positano dress which is just stunning and I can’t thank the team enough for making such a big decision so easy and fun! Such a lovely team!

They only had one shorter length dress to show me, however, I then felt rushed out of the shop after being shown a small section of longer gowns still on the rail, mainly off the shoulder dresses. I explained I wanted a dress with sleeves. Disappointed.

From the minute I arrived i has Tina's full attention. We spoke and she got a feel of what I was looking from a dress and im delighted to say that on my 2nd dress I said yes the the dress.. I could not fault anything about my experience Tina was top class
