Trotz der schwierigen Situation, in der die dänische Behörde uns nahezu eine Absage erteilt hatte, gelang es dem Weddingplaner dennoch, alles wieder in die richtigen Bahnen zu lenken und uns mit einem schnellen Termin zu überraschen. Herr Fatih hat sich als kompetenter und freundlicher Agenturleiter erwiesen.

Klarheit Und Spontaneität
Ich gebe Ihnen 5 Sterne wegen der guten Arbeit, die Sie für meine Hochzeit in Dänemark geleistet haben. Während alles die Unmöglichkeit zeigte, innerhalb des gewünschten Zeitraums zu heiraten, sind Sie bis ans Ende wachsam geblieben, damit ich einen Platz für mein Ehepaar haben konnte. Und als sich ein Ehepaar in der letzten Minute aus der Eheliste zurückgezogen hat, haben Sie meinen Namen in diese Eheliste eingetragen und zwar nur 2 Tage vor dem gewünschten Datum und ich konnte endlich heiraten. Das war ein Wunder !!!

Vielen Dank für die Organisation unserer Hochzeit. In Deutschland ist es aufgrund der Bürokratie nicht einfach eine Person zu heiraten, die nicht Deutsche ist. Fatih organisierte alles für uns, sodass es uns einfach war die Ehe zu vollziehen. Auch die Mitarbeiter des Standesamtes in Dänemark waren super. Unsere Trauung fand sogar auf deutsch statt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Es hat alles super funktioniert von Anfang bis zum Ende. Fatih war auch sehr flexibel was Terminänderung anging. Vor Ort hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt und auch die Anerkennung in Deutschland war kein Problem. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Dänemark und können die Agentur nur weiterempfehlen. Very satisfied
We were very satisfied with the service. We booked the full service and it took not even a month from the first contact until we got our confirmation for our wedding day, even though there has been a problem with the Danish case system exactly in the week when our documents were send in for the authorization. Fatih was very available and always responded very fast. He was very thorough with the quality of the documents to guarantee that our case won't be rejected because of poor photo quality. Also at the beginning he communicated very fast that he will be in summer holidays and thus gave us enough time that we could gather all the documents before. We thank you for enabling an easy and carefree wedding for us!

Reibungslose Abwicklung
Aufgrund von bürokratischen Hürden konnten wir trotz deutscher Staatsbürgerschaft nicht so einfach in Deutschland heiraten. Der Wedding Planner Denkmark hat für uns alles organisiert, es lief alles reibungslos👍🏼😊 Wir sind froh, dass wir ihn kontaktiert haben, so hatten wir unsere Ruhe und konnten die Zeit vor der Hochzeit anderen Aufgaben zuwenden und am Hochzeitstag die Zeit vor Ort genießen.

Unprofessionalism, Lack of Service
Before the Purchase I was in contact with one of the Employees named "Fatih Coskun", I asked him an appropriate amount of questions and informed him about the situation that my Future spouse and I find ourselves in.
Upon asking these questions, the employee got impatient and told me that if I want the rest of my questions answered I need to pay for the Service.
Most importantly, I informed the Employee that my Future spouse holds a German D Visa, due to the fact that we are both employed on a passenger vessel sailing across Europe and that she is residing in Thailand. This information was provided before the Purchase of the Service.
After the Purchase, Upon filling in the forms and signing the documents, sending all the pictures of both our passports, your employee informed me that my Future spouse needs a German Residents because she holds a German D Visa.
I explained that we are unable to provide a German Residence and are unable to obtain one.
I have sent all the Appropriate documentation from our Employer and the German Embassy that contain the Reason of the Visa.
The Employee proceeded to send the documents to the Danish Family Court and upon Rejection he informed me that if I pay an amount of Approximately 200 Euros more, he will then try to send it again, but guarantees failure more than success. Which does not make any sense
The employee has denied us refund.
We have filled a complaint to NH.
Furthermore the employee has shouted at both my Partner and I and has been unquestionably unpleasant.
We want a refund of the remaining amount of the money we have paid for the Full Service package

We have sent your documents to the Danish Family Court and hope they will approve them within five working days. We will not officially write why they did not approve it within five working days because we can not share personal information. They told us that you, the couple, must send additional documents before the court approves them.
We have called and written to the Danish Family Court several times to solve the problem, but every time, they told us we needed to wait around six months before they handled your case. The reason is there are a lot of cases before your case, and it takes time. We also told you that if you want to restart the case, we need to send all your documents again to the Danish Family Court. However, you need to pay the administration fee to us so we can pay directly to the Danish Family Court, but you were not interested in it.
We are sorry about your 1-star of our service. The truth is not as you think it is.
