Blocked my number after submitting complaint regarding product and never responded to my follow up email. What a shame since I had high hopes for this company and products.

Quick delivery and a great price on my favorite products.

I have made 3 orders from Wedoskin. Each delivery has been prompt, well packed and without issue. The follow up has also been fantastic.
The products have been all and more than I expected.

Only one of the two items I ordered (a month ago) was shipped. I have asked twice when the second item will arrive and have not had a reply. I would like a refund for the missing item.

Easy to order, fast efficient service.

I only purchased this item because it was advertised on sale, but when I checked out using Apple Pay, the discount was removed due to what appears to have been a system glitch. I didn’t notice until the next day.

Customer service refused to honour the sale price unless I had taken a screenshot of the promotion at the time of purchase since the sale was no longer on. That’s not a reasonable expectation…most customers don’t screenshot checkout pages unless they can somehow predict the retailer’s system is going to malfunction. The retailer would clearly know what promotions were recently running and could easily verify and honour the correct price, but chose not to.

To make matters worse, I was told the order couldn’t be cancelled because it had already processed, and if I wanted to return it, I’d have to pay shipping for an error caused by their system.

Very disappointing customer service experience from a company I had previously purchased from and trusted.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Other than the delay in shipping during the Mother’s Day period, I did not experience any issues with the product and received it in good condition. I understand that the shipping delay was likely related to the high order volume during that special occasion.

Throughout the process, customer service provided detailed and clear updates, which made me feel that my order was being carefully followed and monitored. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product and the support experience.

Great service. Always receive my products quickly. Pricing is very competitive with other companies.

I recently ordered from this company and had a positive experience. They carry all kinds of skin care options. The product I ordered was on sale and that was a bonus. The product shipped quickly with updates on arrival. I will order from here again

This company lied to me. Told me I would receive free sample with my $200 order. That didn’t happen. Customer service takes 2-4 days to respond to emails. My order took a long time to receive. More than 10 days after it was placed and paid for. Very disappointed and won’t order from them again.

Quality medical grade products, good prices, timely delivery, best of all, Canadian company.

The ordering process is a bit finicky, but I did receive my products in a pretty timely manner.
My sunscreen came with sealed boxes, but the product itself doesn’t have the little silver sealed tap on the end. I’ve emailed the company for further information as a shelflife for an unsealed product isn’t safe. It is a sunscreen and I have melasma if these products have been sitting on the shelf for six months unsealed they’re not good and I’m not prepared to use them immediately so they need to still be shelf stable for another month plus good for the entire six months I want to use them.
You should be unsealing a product when you go to use the product so I’m waiting to hear back from them.

First time ordering from this company and I’m very impressed. I saved $68 compared to where I normally buy my skincare products, so I was already happy before the package even arrived!
The ordering process was easy, shipping was super fast, and their return policy is excellent (although i didnt use that service). What really stood out to me was the customer service — they actually reached out to thank me for my order, which was such a nice touch. That kind of attention is rare these days.
I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skincare products.
