I recently bought 2 tickets for Vasari Corridor plus Uffizi Gallery from Weekend in Italy through Viator for the one day we're in Florence which is Saturday Nov 29th and just realized last night the tix sent to us are for Wed, Nov 26th. We're not even in Italy that day so there is no way that I would've bought tix for the 26th. Back and forth with Weekend in Italy and Viator (who I've actually booked with many times in the past) The phone number that I was given to reach out to Weekend in Italy is not in service. My fault for not looking at what they sent me last week but it would've been the same outcome of no refund.

Una estafa en toda regla. Compré dos e trazas para visitar rl Palacio Ca D Or en Venecia. Me cobraron el importe y no me enviaron en ningún momento las entradas. Un sua antes del viaje me responden que no se puede visitar solo de forma interna y cuando llego allí me entero que eata cerrado para todo el mundo porque esta en restauración hasta él 2027.Estoy esperando a que me realicen el reembolso que todavía no lo he recibido por parte de ellos. No es de fiar esta página web.

Estoy completamente decepcionado con la empresa Weekend in Italy. El 26 de enero de 2025 pagué por dos reservas de tickets a la Galería Borghese en Roma para el día 18 de marzo de 2025 a las 12:00 horas (con casi 2 meses de antelación). Pero el mismo 18 de marzo, a las 11:00 am, me avisan que estaban agotados los tickets para esa hora, por lo que me reembolsarían (reembolso que se hizo efectivo). Pero igual es impresentable que solo una hora antes me avisaran, siendo que una de las razones principales por las que viajé desde Chile (mi país de residencia) a Roma, fue con el claro objetivo de visitar la Galería Borghese. Simplemente, no me dejaron opción para buscar tickets para mí y mi esposa en algún otro sitio, ante la tardanza del aviso. Y lo peor es que me dijeron que intentara comprar tickets en forma presencial en la misma galería, lo cual es imposible, pues ante la alta demanda, jamás quedan tickets para adquirir el mismo día.

SCAM or a TOTAL SHAMBLES!! "Weekend in Italy" online for tours, museums etc.

Paid 15 Euros for 2 audio guides to the Bargello Museum, Florence. Got an email confirmation and order #. They said vouchers to follow by email within 36 hours.
Complicated rigmarole instructions claiming that you cannot get the audios with only the confirmation # email, MUST have the "vouchers" in hand also.

No vouchers received, no response to email follow-up.

Bargello website and guide books refer to audio guides available at the Bargello for 6 Euros. Why did I waste 15 Euros and time/frustration getting sucked into this SCAM operation!! ??? RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!

I booked and paid for 3 tickets to Coloseum and Forum Romanum in January. I got a payment notice from Weekend a Firenze. After that I read a lot of negative opinion about Weekend in Italy and I was afraid of my reservation, but everything was OK. I got an e-mail with my tickets some days before my visit and I didn't have any problems with them.

We ordered 4 tickets for Borgheze Gallery the beginning of Feb. 2025. When we arrived there 2 weeks later, they had never heard of Weekend in italy and did not let us enter. The Gallery is out of town and it was very upsetting not to be let in. It of course spoiled our plans for that day. The eventually returned our money after several request.

We reserved 6 tickets, 6x19,30€, visiting coloseum Rome.
Never reseved the tickets, never pay back the money after mail wich was suggested by the organisation.
Scammers. Never buy tickets here!!!

SCAM!! Avoid!

I bought a ticket for Gallerie dell'Accademia in Venice on the 1st Sunday of March, but all museums are free on that day. They email me saying they will refund me, but when I ask when. They never respond and their phone number is not in use anymore. It's a scam company!

I bought 3 tickets to the Borghese Gallery in Rome on this website in February 2025. Four days before the visit, they sent an email stating that the tickets were not confirmed. They did not respond to letters. Only after I left a bad review, the company employees contacted me. The money was returned about a month after the purchase.

Never buy anything from these scammers unless you want to be left without a ticket at the last minute and not be refunded for your purchase.

Des voleurs, je confirme. Ai pris en mai 2023 2 places pour la Galleria dell'Academia, annulées par Weekend in Italy. J'attends toujours le remboursement.
Ai fait un signalement pour que le site soit fermé via le Centre Européen des Consommateurs France (lien trouvable sur internet) , qui a suivi ce dossier sans résultat, sans doute du fait de leurs homologues italiens, enclins à protéger leurs sociétés.
Plus nous serons nombreux à le signaler, peut-être obtiendrons-nous gain de cause pour que les suivants ne se fassent pas avoir!

Ordered a shipment of wine for a christmas present on 12/7. I'm okay with it being potentially late but it's 12/19 now and has yet to even ship. Have emailed customer service twice with no response. Getting close to charge back territory as I can't even be provided an update or see progress.

Scam!!!! Lost money and no tickets!!!

Des voleurs! J’ai acheté pour 5 personnes une visite complète du Duomo de Sienne, et la commande a été annulée 2 jours avant, en raison « d’une trop forte demande ». Nullement, j’ai repris des billets sur le site officiel de la cathédrale de Sienne (ce que j’aurais du faire en premier) sans problème, 48 heures avant. Pas de nouvelle du remboursement! Pas de réponse au mail! Fuyez ce site!

J'ai acheté chez weekend in italy deux billets pour "la porte du ciel" à Sienne et je n'ai jamais reçu le lien me permettant d'obtenir ces billets.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails....sans réponse!

Unresponsive after purchasing tickets. Never sent me tickets that I had paid for.

I bought 5 tickets to Galleria dell’Accademia in Firenze and paid 110€ for them.
Two days before my trip they just sent me an email saying that they could not provide the tickets because they were unavailable and suggesting a refund.
I email back asking about the procedurs to have my refund and they just don't answer. I even tried to call the office but without sucess.
It's just a SCAM as all previous reviews say.
Stay away from them.
