Efficient, thorough, friendly, helpful, produced good results

I have used West End Mortgages on numerous occassions over the years for both residential and buy to let mortages and have been very pleased with the service. Jolyon and the team have always taken the time to undertsand my requirements for each new mortgage or remortgage, and as such I felt confident that I was always securing the best rate possible.

We have used WEM for both our mortgage and various insurance policies. The team are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough.

Dealing with Jol was great and he really added a calming and personal touch to what can be a very stressful process.

Very helpful and professional advise given throughout the process, always prompt replies to emails and any requests dealt with efficiently.

From a Flyer to a successful landing.
The Flyer in our local Association magazine inspired to to approach Westend Mortgages for a Lifetime Mortgage.
Mine was a trichy application being a small apartment with a reducing Lease but Jolyon was persistent and obtained the perfect mortgage. He was very helpful with resolving queries raised by the Lender's and my Solicitors. And the Fee agreed at the outset did not change in spite of Westend Mortgages being involved in extra work.
I can certainly recommend them.
