WeFindFlats provides the best service you can get in finding both short term and long term accommodations. They make navigating through an extremely competitive housing market like Berlin so much less stressful that I can’t imagine doing this without their support.

Both Dulguun and Jakob who supported me in my long term housing search are super stars. After learning my housing needs, the options they recommended are spot on, which saved me tons of time from going through many listing sources myself. More importantly, I don’t think I will be able to find the options they recommended even if I tried. They also become a true partner during the searching process, which gives me the much needed peace of mind knowing they are looking out for my best interest. Because of their hard work and staying on top of everything, I was able to successfully find the best long term housing option in a very short amount of time. I am so grateful to have their support during my relocation to Berlin. Highly recommend their team for everyone looking for relocation solutions.

I jumped into the initial assessment call with Rafaela with a bit of a complicated case: I needed to sign a contract for a flat that would take cats IN BERLIN, was within my budget and had enough living space for me and my wife, in just 2 weeks, or my wife's visa application would be rejected (due to being unable to prove sufficient living space, I was in a WG).

I was already stressed by having to pay the fee but just needed to see this done. Also as an N26 user, due to WFF charging via Stripe, I could break it down in installments. Which was amazing. So if you're a N26 user you might want to give it a shot.

It really felt like Rafaela took my case as a personal one. She probably did, actually. And maybe that's just the way WeFindFlats works.

I got at least, on average, almost two daily suitable offers for me to consider. All at least pet-friendly, which was my top most important condition.

Ended up booking a flat above my desired budget, but because the place actually is exactly what I needed for my particular situation. In the end I will manage, and will be able to relocate with my wife, and our pets, thanks to the super quick, responsive support of the team.

Huge thanks to Rafaela and Dulguun who responded several times daily to all of my questions. In my 2-week deadline I wouldn't have been able to get an offer without having to fight for it in this crazy city.

Apartment options were also great! Sorry if my review sounds over-the-top but I can't recommend them enough if your case is desperate like mine haha.

WeFindFlats has been very supportive throughout our search for both temporary accommodation and a permanent home. Although some of the options suggested for temporary accommodation didn't meet all our criteria, the team was always helpful and followed up closely. They also provided valuable assistance during our kindergarten search.
