The assigned agent was unimaginably helpful. He was so patient with my long detailed and sometimes repeated questions. He was with me at every step of the way and made sure I'm not making any mistakes. He was a few steps ahead of me all the time and never kept me waiting. All and all, it couldn't be better.

I had contacted them before I moved to Berlin, but it was on very short notice. We immediately had a quick welcome call, and then I decided to work with them. I chose the permanent housing bundle, and we subsequently had a long call. The responsible person explained the flat searching process to me in detail, including how to open an ImmobilienScout24 account and the Anmeldung process. I moved to Berlin on June 8th, and the following week, the responsible person arranged an apartment viewing for me. As I had mentioned in the initial call, I was looking for a place slightly outside the city but within a maximum of 30 minutes' commuting distance from my job via public transportation, and that would allow my two dogs. After seeing the apartment, I applied for it. It's a new, fairly spacious apartment that accepts my two dogs. It's only an 18-minute commute to my job and is below my budget! However, some of the documents they needed were missing on my end. They were very helpful in assisting me in gathering all the necessary documents, and my rental process went smoothly. Now, I'll be moving to my new place on July 1st! It was a super quick process, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them to everyone. In a city like Berlin, I haven't experienced any anxiety when it comes to searching for a flat!
