I needed to swap out my tower fan to have more floor space in my tent. Growbuds fans were perfect. They easily clip right onto the tent poles and they have a decent amount of power (for my 4x4 tents) I did have to wrap a piece of tape around the pole right under the fan clip to keep it from slowly sliding down the pole. Other than that very small modification, I am very impressed with the fan. I ordered 3 of them

Funny how my previous review got taken down.

This has nothing to do with the tray but the quality of service growbuds provides. I ordered this item thinking I would receive 25 as stated. No where did this item read it was individually sold. Everything on the page said 25/cs. Everything. So when my order arrives I receive 1 individual 1020 tray. No problem I will call growbuds and see what up.

Day 1 call and leave a message. I wait 3 business days figuring that was plenty of time to respond. No response.

Day 2 (5 days later including the weekend.) Call again, leave a message and no response.

Day 3 finally get a hold of someone. No apologies for not getting back to me. Lady on the phone says they will check with the warehouse team and call me back in 30 mind. They didn't.

Day 4. Call and leave a message. Once again No response.

Day 5 I call yet again and leave a message. This time explaining my frustration. I actually get a call back this time 10 mins later. Lady on the phone tells me it's per individual 1020. I tell her it does not imply this anywhere and I have a screenshot to prove it. I'm told she will pass that on to the web team and my option is to keep the tray or I can send it back. I ask if I will have to pay to ship it back. She says no. OK then I'll ship it back. Get an email stating I will have to pay restock and shipping fees.

So to recap. Spend a week of my time and effort trying to get someone on the phone. No apologies for my wasted time or an explanation on why they left me hanging. When I finally do get to speak to someone it takes less than 2 minutes to tell me "tough luck" for them not doing thier job correctly in listing an item. Now I'm going to have to pay lord knows how much to get a refund for an item they did not list correctly with no apology involved.

Needless to say growbuds has lost my business and I'm sure they will delete this review like they did my previous one. Guess I will need to leave one on Google.

Received my fan about a week after purchase, and it's been oscillating smoothly for over a month now. Haven't needed to use the 2nd speed, 1st one does plenty of work!

Bought some great grow buds oscillating fans. Great product great prices and awesome customer service.

Paid for expedited shipment, but when it didn't come Growbuds refunded the difference between Expedited Shipping and Normal Shipping! Received my order within a week. I'm looking to order 2 more Oscillating Fans.

Fast free shipping, good price, quality product.

"Growbuds" has been an awesome experience using. They are fast, courteous, and always helpful. I use them for all of my indoor growing needs. Plus, if they dont have an item, they'll notify you if and when it comes in. Which is handy, I think. Especially if it's a specific item you need.

Update: Growbuds made good on the order. Shipping policy is still that you have to contact the shipping company first if there is a problem. Bumped the experience from a 1 to a 3.

Pre-ordered a few items. I ordered 2 of one product, but only received 1. Ends of the box flaps were open top and bottom, so it obviously fell out. Told me to take it up with the shipping company because the warehouse said they sent two.

Too bad. I thought I might have found a good vendor with good products. I think I was completely wrong about being a good vendor. Other reviews show I'm not alone.

I have had nothing but positive business transactions with Grow Buds and highly recommend them

If you order something from this company you better hope their supplier has it because they won’t. Taking over 2 months to receive a pre-order, so far. Multitude of excuses made using broken English. Beware!!!

Misleading website and terrible customer service. Their website lists items by the case but after you receive it, it is just a single item. I tried contacting them but they want me to pay a restocking fee for their mistake. They never even apologized for the error on their end, just acted like it was my fault.

This is the 4th time I've went through this company. For me it's been 5 star service the whole time. Every order has been exactly right and fast discreet delivery. I am a repeat customer.
I have read bad reviews, but the people at the company always reach out to me when I ask anything. They have always been very helpful.
I even tried a new item and I'm in love with it.
I can't wait till their fans come out.
