At first I was extremely disappointed in my purchase because after placing my order I never received a notification that the items I ordered were not in stock and actually on back order.. which wouldn't matter but I specifically ordered everything from your business because of how fast everything was sent previously and everything seemed to be labeled in stock and available on the site so after not receiving anything after my purchase I emailed your company to be told alot of misinformation. I was even told that my light i ordered would be shipped at the end of that week but it showed up mysteriously on my porch the same day as the duct fan I ordered from you. No heads up or anything just like the light before it ended up on my porch with no warning so I could be home to grab it. Luckily I was home so it wasn't stolen or damaged. Your prices are fair but I wasn't impressed with your communication with your customers. Every order tracking is off and your customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on with your orders. I will ONLY order items that are cheap or not important if stolen going forward because I can't trust your company with communication but I did previously give your company a 5 star rating to receive the several future discounts promised and because my order was slightly discounted because you couldn't fulfill the order for my gorilla grow tent and I had to go buy one for alot more at a local store to avoid losing my plants because once again your company failed to warn me that my tent and light were both on back order.. even though my light actually wasn't and got shipped with my duct fan which didn't make any sense.

The entire transaction from start to finish was fantastic. Everything is as described on the website and shipping was quick.

It was sincerely successful when I discovered this online service. I was genuinely pleased by that, but because of its low-quality favours, I'm going to buy from here and never use another facility, except if quality goods are available here.

This has to be one of the best sites I’ve ever been on you you can shop from nutrients to lights even trimmers and etc.... if your a first time grower this site is all that you will need fro start to finish.

My first order from GrowBuds was 3 of there 6” oscillating fans.they create incredible air circulation. At no fault of GB 1 Fan failed 😵, there was a short in supply wire 😳 I repaired supply line and fan is back in service 😊

Update: company is a drop shipping operation ran by a 22 year old with no real business background what so ever.
Just like the reviews say, poor communication, finding out weeks later items are out of stock after you paid and have been expecting your package. This company does not have multiple warehouses they are just drop shippers. If I would have known that I would have NEVER gave you $700.. now I'm struggling to send all this back and get a refund as you screwed half my order up, didn't say anything until I finally got tired of waiting, and you now think I want a grow kit that's missing half the stuff? I'm a beginner I ordered the kit for a reason. Never ever ever again!

I recently bought a spider farmer sf2000 for my garden and can't explain the joy it brings but needed a companion in the way of a t5 for the youngins and new comers so I returned to the growbuds team for another great transaction and wasn't disappointed the 4x 2ft t5 fixture from agrobrite is a must have for any do it yourselfer that needs a beautiful balance of the juice from the squeeze
