I would definitely give no stars if it was possible
They took money for over 1 year knowing I hadn't used the app at all it was far too complicated and not at all user friendly NO customer service whatsoever after trying to call with no success the number doesn't work I messaged and even though it was supposed to be a person I think I would have got a better response from a tin robot SHAME ON YOU

If I could give 0 I would. Avoid avoid avoid! No customer service “we do not answer emails anymore as we don’t have anyone to answer them!”. They’ll happily take your money but that’s it.

Weight Watchers used to be a legit, trustworthy company. They now sneak in language in their "contracts." I joined in June and tried to cancel in November and they are making me pay through June of the next year. DO NOT use them, there are many other programs out there, they are failing.

Sinds begin 2024 abonnement naar tevredenheid, maar ineens kan ik niet meer in de app. Ik krijg op geen enkele manier contact met WW (mail, facebook, app etc), dus bankafschrijving geblokkeerd. Drie sterren voor de app als hij werkt, geen ster voor de communicatie mogelijkheden….

Zoals onderstaande reviews al aangeven GEEN ABONNEMENT nemen ! helaas hier ook zwaar in het zak gezet door WW.

Online workshops good but app is worse ever . Try and contact customer services and you speak to America . Never solve technical issues .

I had 657 day streak so close to having tracked for 2 years. Its now on 4 days, I was heartbroken I feel I wasted my time

Snap niet waar alle negatieve reacties vandaan komen. Ik heb app geïnstalleerd en vind het juist heerlijk dat je alles zelf kunt doen. Je kunt met mensen "connecten" maar het hoeft ook niet. Gewoon in je eigen tempo. Ik ben in 3 maanden de 10 kg kwijt die ik wilde, mijn bmi van 25 naar 21,6 en dat midden in de overgang, ik ben er erg blij mee. Heb nu nog wel een abonnement voor komende 9 maanden maar dat is prima. Ik kan het echt aanraden.

There's an awful lot of mindfulness and psychology behind the process of weight loss... but not much in the way of practical help. There are no set meal plans or suggested fitness progression workouts and the 6000 meals are randomly organised but not grouped under "breakfast" "lunch" or "snacks" etc. The app is very dull and difficult to navigate and I have no idea how you'd plan a well balanced diet if you didn't have much experience with nutrition. In my opinion, this 'New look" WW is a complete ripoff. My advice - Get a free calorie counter app and a book from the library! Cancelling is another nightmare! Everything is AI generated and I have been waiting to talk to a human for 45 minutes so far!

Graag wou ik gebruik maken van deze programma maar word steeds automatisch uitgeschakeld van app. Ze bieden geen oplossing. Klantenservice is vreselijk. Schuld geven ze aan mn bank. Bank gebeld alles in orde. Geen aanrader ook willen ze geen moeite doen voor de klant. Super slecht organisatie. Programma zelf vind ik goed bedacht maar geen gebruik kunnen maken door niet goed werkende app en slecht klantenservice. Geen aanrader

Absolutely disgusting organisation! - they are basically thieves who take your money even though you have attempted to cancel your subscription and when you try and call them to explain that, their phones are not manned because they are on ‘holiday’ - you cannot speak to a UK operative only Americans! Clearly this is how they make their money by SCAMMING people - there are much better slimming companies out there but I sincerely suggest you don’t use them!! I suggest they don’t bother to come back to me with a lame excuse for fleecing me of a measly £18.00 - this review is not just about the money it is about the principle!

What has gone wrong with WW??? The celebs are leaving the company and I'm quite sure the customer care they receive would be better than what normal people must tolerate. No email contact AT ALL anymore for WW (and the only way to get a response is via social media, when they're shamed into responding). They are treating people like mugs, and their app becomes worse and worse with every update. Don't waste your money. Use My Fitness Pal or one of the many other excellent free apps out there that allow all of WW features and more.

I've been a client for several years now. I love their database and tracking system, but recently they removed the online PC portion forcing people to track everything on their cell phones. This is a deal breaker. It's much faster to use two hands typing to put in recipes than fumble about with fingers and thumbs. This is one of those things where young people design for the young. It's age discrimination. I have years worth of home recipes in their database which I will lose unless I attempt to use their pitiful app. I am disappointed and yes livid. I'm looking for a new weight loss system. What a shame!

Ik kan mij echt niet vinden in de negatieve reacties. Ik heb in het verleden mijn abonnement na een jaar opgezegd, en dat ging prima. Ik had in mijn agenda gezet wanneer het zou aflopen. Dan weet je zelf wanneer je actie kan ondernemen. Nu heb ik weer een abonnement van een jaar afgesloten en zet alles wat ik eet in de handige app. Ook dat is prima voor elkaar. Uiteraard is het jammer dat ik niet meer wekelijks naar een coach kan, maar de app werkt ook goed. Sommige mensen leggen alle verantwoordelijkheid buiten zichzelf en dat is naar mijn mening niet eerlijk.

Contract ended apparently they can then take double the money as its in the small terms & conditions when you start the contract, absolute disgrace!! Weight watchers is brilliant for losing weight its just a shsme how they set up monthly payments!!

Niet zo netjes WW! Geen enkele bevestiging van het aangekochte lidmaatschap of een klantvriendelijke vraag/reminder of ik na 3 mnd het lidmaatschap wil voortzetten. Jammer dat WW het hiervan moet hebben ipv het "steengoede" afvalprogramma. TIP! Je bindt klanten, omdat je product en je dienstverlening goed is!

All I did was have a look at the website. I thought it might be helpful so put my details in. Then I felt a red flag so when asked if I wanted to continue I selected their No thanks option. Now my bank account is missing £18.95 to them. Stolen my money. What should I do?

Al maanden probeer ik het abonnement op te zeggen, maar ze weigeren te reageren op elke vorm van communicatie. Binnen een paar dagen na het aangaan van het abonnement (lees binnen de wettelijke opzegtermijn) heb ik al opgezegd. Ik heb de app twee geopend en dat alleen om te zoeken hoe ik moet opzeggen. Nu voor de derde keer geld van mijn rekening afgehaald! Ik heb ze een deadline gegeven waar ze geen gehoor aan gegeven hebben, dus dan maar het juridische pad volgen. Maandag heb ik een afspraak met mijn jurist en dan maar tot het gaatje (het is een principekwestie)! Ook zal ze (mijn jurist) kijken of we het bedrijf in Amerika kunnen aanschrijven. Ik zal o.a. hier steeds melden hoe het verloop is. Ondertussen probeer ik iedereen te waarschuwen voor deze criminelen.

Vandaag 8 juni 2024 kreeg ik eindelijk de bevestiging dat het is opgezegd. Wel nadat ik de rekening een tijd geleden in overleg met ING geblokkeerd heb. Volgens de bevestiging kreeg ik niets terug, wat natuurlijk gewoon diefstal is. Ondertussen heb ik flink wat mensen weerhouden om bij deze oplichters diensten af te nemen. Dat geeft voldoening, want daarmee hebben zijn ze flink wat geld misgelopen, wat voor mijn gevoel het geld compenseert. Dit blijf ik natuurlijk doen. Tenslotte nog wel grappig om te noemen is dat ze in hun bevestiging schrijven altijd voor me klaar blijven staan 😂😂.
