Shivani was my perfect host for my arrival at Heathrow Airport and made all the hotel arrangements for my missed connecting flight. Thanks 😀

Shivani helped us to arrange transport to st.helens in merseyside, plus the return rail in four weeks.
She was so helpful and attentive to our needs, she listened and was very calm and patient.
A breath of fresh air is what we would call the service that she gave to us, well done to Shivani, Thankyou for making our trip a lot easier.

Booked a car for 10pm, it's 10:30 and I'm being told to wait another 10 minutes. Again. Who knows if it will be.
I would look for another service if I were to do it again

When we got to Heathrow Terminal 3 over 3 hours late as a result of Iran disaster disruptions, and too late to get home by train, we decided to book an overnight stay. Shivani at the WeKnowLondon Information Desk was so helpful and it was a real pleasure to be looked after by her - she deserves to be your employee of the month! Thanks for making our worries vanish so quickly. A very safe pair of hands!

App defaults to date you put in the order not the original date I entered in booking.com so driver showed up today when my hotel reservation not until June.
Will just get an Uber cheaper anyway screw these guys and this scam

When our airline company left us without providing a Hotel or Shuttle, Shivani came to rescue and convinced us to choose WeKnow even though we were skeptical at first. She offered a great service and was very positive. A big thumbs up to Shivani!

Went to the info desk for bit of help.Suivani greeted us,asked how to get to London.She asked a few questions,while digging out the paper work she also dealt with other customers.Then back to us,gave all the info you could ask for,asked if she call a ride for us,not a problem and got to work,arranged the ride to the hotel and return back to airport.Can't praise her enough,another person tried butting in a couple of times,but with out missing a beat she quietly told them to wait a minute.With every thing arranged her offsider took us in tow to go to taxi rank,can't fault the sevice of these 2 women,well done,thankyou. Shivani and Zubair were very helpful and courteous booking was very easy.

We have tried to find a taxi in New Years night with weknow. After waiting for 45 minutes no taxi arrrived and I received a message that no taxis were available. But 2 days later the payment was taken from our account. I have sent 2 emails and they promise to answer in 24 hours, but no answer yet. Pure thiefs…..
