I booked one knee support from these shameless people and billed for a single and 4 at 39.95 for the 4. I never authorised this at all. I have raised a complaint with my credit card company. I immediately canceled that 4 but they persisted with that transaction. Really seedy and desperate company. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

It's clearly another scam people! Please don't be so gullible learn to recognise these sites/fony "Doctor" articles, you should be used to it by now. Best advice is to check every company on Trustpilot before ordering on the net- this should be part and parcel of any online ordering.

Utterly awful I would advise anyone looking to order anything from wellnee NOT TO ! It's a scam avoid like the plaque

This is a thinly disguised scam. Once you think you have confirmed your order and provided payment details, they will add multiple items to your order and provide no way of amending or cancelling despite the messages on the website and emails. A fake order confirmation email will be sent within minutes. This is a complete disgrace. Please AVOID these scumbag scammers!

Avoid this company. Tricked into buying more than I wanted. Couldn't review purchase details (goes straight to purchase confirmed). Emailed them within a minute but told it couldn't be changed and I would have to submit a refund request when they arrived. Did this was offered half the money back, however from here on all my emails were returned by postmaster stating they weren't being accepted . The product itself is pretty rubbish, uncomfortable and does little in way of support. Have accepted my mistake and £70 loss. Just hope it helps others to avoid my mistake.

this company is terrible i cancelled order refused delivery now they sre saying i cant have money back i ordered 16 pound knee brace they took 42 pound out my account customer service terrible people please avoid these people unless you want stress avoid avoid

Got a message from credit card security re suspicious activity. It appears that a purchase was made for their products. Although investigating their knee product via an online advertisement no selection or transaction was made. However, somehow, they got email, address and card No. Following the credit card alert, carried out investigation and found an email in Spam folder asking to check and confirm order. Replied to email and canceled order. Company replied order dispatched so too late to cancel. Now have to wait for delivery and try the returns process. Reading others experiences, this seems it is going to prove difficult. If this proves the case will negotiate with card company for refund.

Reklamation :Ich hatte ein Stück KEE BRACE bestellt aber 8 stück geliefert bekommen ,und von Pay Pal wurden alle 8 bezahlt. Was mich sehr verärgert ,dass
die KNEE BRACE nicht anzuwenden sind weil die Kletten falsch angenäht sind. Die Poröse Seite des KNEE BRACE gehört nach innen damit die Haut atmen kann. Meine Frau wird versuchen die Klettverschlüsse auftrennen und richtig anzunähen damit KNEE BRACE am Knie gehalten wird. Ich bin ab jetzt kein Kunde mehr bei dieser Firma. Mfg. Josef Dorn

An absolute pack of shysters! Order two knee sleeves only to find out not only was I charged for the two I'd ordered but a further 4 that I hadn't. Tried to cancel the additional 4 but they refused to do so. Please take my advice and stay well clear of this company, they'll rip you off big time.

Der Warenkorb wurde durch nicht bestellte Artikel vergrößert. Bestellvorgang wird beendet, ohne den Warenkorb einsehen zu können. Bei der Bestellbestätigung, dann der 3-fache Rechnungsbetrag!!! Sofortige Stornierung war nicht möglich, mit der Begründung, die Ware wäre bereits unterwegs- nach 1 Minute!!!
NIE WIEDER, ich würde 5 Minuspunkte vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre.

Just like numerous others suffering with pain within last week I ordered 1 pr of knee braces £27.95p and one pkt 10 pain relief pads £13.65p , that went out also did £52.80p for 2pr knee braces I didn’t order and£30.95p for 4pkt pain relief pads I didn’t order , within minutes sent a e-mail to be told ordered cannot cancel and refund , despite a few nice e-mails they don’t want to give you back your money what they have taken Advice please anyone

Ordered one knee brace to try and money charged to card followed a few seconds later to a second much larger amount. Informed bank and i to contact Well knee. No response.Today Yodel delivered 5.Given my age could be dead befire needing to wear all five but given reviews saying they are rubbish.Really conned by this firm and no return address.

This company should be made to close their knee pads don’t work and they still refuse to give me a refund 6 weeks later I returned the 5 pads to them and they still won’t give me a refund and I sent them back registered post

Just ordered knee brace but when I checked my bank balance they had taken another 39 pounds on top of original amount really angry as i cannot contact them it’s a absolute scam as I have lost money I can’t afford

Do not order from this scam site
I ordered I knee brace £17.00 with a discount offer and was charged £52.80 .
I paid through PayPal and cancel within seconds.
I raised it with PayPal.
It seems PayPal are scamming people along with this company.
They know full well that this company Parmtrade are scamming people but continue to trade with them.
Shame on PayPal
