I put an order in for one item for £17.95 a special offer but have been scammed out of over £90.00.

I will be raising this as a dispute with PayPal as soon as possible.

I stupidly did not read reviews before buying.

Update 10th October 2025.
Paypal refunded one of the two fraudulent purchases straightaway after I called them. The second went to the Resolution Centre and was initially found in favour of the seller. Despite my providing screen shots of reviews and emails from the company lying about dispatching the goods within minutes.
I rang again - if calling from a land line there is a free phone number. I spoke to a very helpful agent, explained the scam and read out some of the reviews from here. After being put on hold for a few minutes, she told me that she had looked at the case and refunded my money there and then.
There are other review sites in Australia and elsewhere with the same type of comments about the scam.
Finally, despite a parcel literally being thrown on my property from the company, I was told that I didn’t need to return it and I could dispose of it as I wished.
So, please don’t give up, provide your credit or debit card company with screen shots of reviews and, with luck you will get your money back from this disgraceful company.

An absolute scam. I had previously ordered one knee brace which is absolutely useless £21 wasted.
I was sent an email with amassing offers. I just looked at it and unbelievably it seems I’ve ordered £80s of utter rubbish. They hold all your personal information without authorisation. I cancelled this ridiculous so called order that I definitely did not order. Apparently it had been packed and posted within minutes and could not be cancelled.I have sent countless emails but have been totally ignored. Causing unbelievable amount of stress ruining my whole weekend that I had intended spending with my family. This company should be abolished as ripping people off a total SCAM. I can ill afford to loose £80.

Wollte vor Erhalt, Bestellung stornieren, ist nicht möglich weil die Ware über deutsche Scheinadresse ( keine Rücksendeadresse)geliefert wird...! Von wegen 100 prozent sicher und Geld zurück! Das ist eine Lüge. Sonderrabatt wird angeboten....Ansonsten Rücksendung nur nach USA, teurer Spezialversand übersteigt dann mit Sicherheit den Wert.

Just like all the other folk on this post I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first.
The website is very impressive and so I ordered 1 only to find that another 3 had been ordered,when I queried this with Wilma she advised me to wait till I recieved them and send back the ones I didn’t need, the knee braces arrived and of very poor quality think I will just have to accept that on line fraudsters can operate with impunity how I wished I lived just around the corner so that I could make them an offer they couldn’t refuse. !!

Since adding this negative review I continue to receive deceptive emails advertising offers the emails look very professional and are a prime example ‘’If these offers look to good to be true go with your gut feeling and understand it is to good to be true !!!

Unauthorised order. I originally ordered just 1 pack of patches, but their order confirmation email stated 4 packs were ordered.

I immediately emailed them to cancel the order ( order no. 5469675978960) but no confirmation of cancellation received yet.

May need to contact my credit card company if they don't cancel.

Diese Firma fährt eine ganz miese Masche. Meine Bestellung wurde wie bei vielen anderen hier ohne mein Wissen aufgestockt. Hie ist allergrößte Vorsicht geboten.

Ich habe gestern 2 Packungen mit je 10 Stück Schmerzpflaster bestellt und habe bei meiner Bestell/Bestätigungsmail feststellen müssen, dass meiner Bestellung einfach noch mal 4x 10 Schmerzpflaster und 3x Knieorthesen hinzugefügt wurden. Auch wurde mir nicht der Angebotspreis für die 2 er Packung von 22,95€ berechnet, sondern mit 25,99€. Insgesamt wurde diese untergejubelte Bestellung so auf eine Summe von 102,70€ geschraubt. Als ich mich bei dem Kundenforum beschwert habe und die Rechnung stornieren wollte, was sehr umständlich über mehrere Buttons und Ausfüllen von verschiedenen Formularen geht. Erhielt ich eine Mail, dass die Bestellung völlig richtig ist und eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich ist, weil die Ware schon verpackt beim Spediteur liegt. Was eine Lüge ist, da ich schon 2 mal eine Bestellung dort getätigt habe und jedesmal 2 Wochen warten musste, bis ich die Bestellung erhalten habe. Die Stornierung habe ich innerhalb von 3 Stunden versucht, aber leider diese Aussage bekommen.
Also Vorsicht vor diesem Unternehmen, nie wieder eine Bestellung von Wellnee. Ich bin leider um eine Erfahrung reicher und um 102,70€ ärmer.

Ich bestellte bei Firma Wellnee eine Kniebandage bezahlbar mit Paypal. Ohne eine Verifikationsmöglichkeit meiner Order machte die Firma Comify Limited (das ist der eigentliche Anbieter) gleichzeitig 2 Abbuchungen für je 4 Kniebandagen, eine Abbuchung mit Discount 54,95€, die zweite Abbuchung ohne Discount 70,80€. Die 8 Kniebandagen wurden sehr schnell von einem deutschen Absender an mich geliefert und ich habe die Ware umgehend an die Absende Stelle zurückgeschickt. Die wurde dort auch entgegengenommen (Beweis vorhanden). Auf eine Nachfrage nach etwa 2 Wochen beim Verkäufer (Sitz in USA) bekam ich die Information, die Ware sei nicht rechtzeitig dort angekommen und daher wird der Betrag 125,75€ zurückbehalten. Ich habe für beide Abbuchungen bei Paypal Käuferschutz beantragt. Der Trick dabei, im ersten Fall hat der Verkäufer freiwillig einer teilweisen Rückzahlung zugestimmt. Wie ich nun von Paypal erfuhr, werden solche Fälle von vorsätzlich falsch gelieferter Menge vom Paypal Käuferschutz nicht abgedeckt und wurde daher zu gunsten des Verkäufers abgelehnt. Daher kann der Verkäufer den größeren Betrag nun einbehalten. Eine ganz fiese Betrugsmasche.

Ich habe zum Kennenlernen 1 Packung Kniepflaster bestellt, bezahlt über PayPal. Nun habe ich festgestellt, dass von PayPal noch einmal 4 Packungen bezahlt wurden, die ich nicht bestellt habe. Es nützt nichts, auf dem Bestellformular weitere Angebote abzulehnen, sie werden einfach auf die Bestellung aufgeschlagen. Widerspruch ist zwecklos. Es wird einfach behauptet, die Produkte wären gut und die zusätzliche Lieferung wäre es Wert.

Jättedåligt. Har försökt beställa flera ggr. Men det läggs alltid till fler produkter. Då har jag tagit bort beställningen och försökt igen. Samma sak igen. ca 6 ggr. Dom har nu skickat ALLA ggr jag har beställt och tagit betalt för det.

Es wird beworben, dass eine Rücksendung problemlos, ohne Fragen wäre. Die Kneepads passten mir nicht. Keine Rücksendung möglich, da Paket geöffnet wurde. Lächerlich. Wie soll man wissen, ob sie passen? Zusätzlich ist eine Rücksendung nur auf eine Adresse in den USA möglich. Viel zu teuer! Die Firma ist unseriös und nicht ehrlich. Finger weg!

Ein Gaunerladen. Nicht bestellte Artikel werden untergeschoben, Abbuchungen über PayPal erfolgen in Windeseile und sind nicht reversibel, Kommunikation ist schwierig, frech und dümmlich, Stornierungen werden komplett ignoriert. Juristisches Vorgehen zwecklos, Vorgang läuft mindestens über USA und China. Geld ist weg aber um eine Erfahrung reicher.

I had a similar experience to others I have read. I ordered a special discounted Pain Relief Patch for £14.35. The invoice says £87.45. I immediately contacted Wellnee and have several times but they insist the order is correct and won't stop or amend the order as they state it is on its way. The tracking system says it has not been sent yet. I am in touch with my bank who are helping sort it. The bank also said they are a (I think I am correct in remembering) a Fitness Company in USA and not what the advertisement states. UPDATE. A relative orders these patches from Amazon with no problem at a fraction of the price. The online link obviously goes to a SCAM company....

Con artists. Some how I ended up purchasing FOUR!!!! I wanted ONE! They said I couldn’t change this because their policy is to rush orders through to get them out to the customer!! TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS to arrive

Product isn’t bad but no different to any other knee support really.

I twisted my knee about 12month ago and have suffered with severe pain.
I've tried physio & pain relief medication, then I saw the wellnee advert on Google and decided to try it out. It arrived whilst I was away, whenni got back it was there i opened it and was amazed, what the F____k is this tried it on and found it uncomfortable to wear, hurting behind my knee. The following day I contacted them asking for a refund which was refused, because I had opened the packed. A chap called Mark (if he really exists) said send some photos of the item so I did, then is a no again because ive opened the packed.
I put reviews on there site and Trustpilot but unfortunately I can't find it here, and obviously there review has been sent to the cloud. They contacted me offering a full refund if I remove my review. I must say I did consider but why would they? If you look they don't have many good reviews unless there staff fill them in personally.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
