Absolute joke ..ordered 2 braces for both knees. Tried one on and it was so uncomfortable and wouldn't stay in place. Tried to return items and the company has tried to get me to take a percentage to keep items. Now the want me to return to USA to get a refund ..item didn't even come from the USA. I was quoted £27 to return 2 braces complete joke. Anytime social media have an advert for this item is will be posting underneath about this scam

Hätte ich mal vor dem Kauf die Bewertungen gelesen.
Die Firma arbeitet scheinbar immer nach dem gleichen Muster. Habe eine Bandage bestellt und nach dem Bestellvorgang waren dann noch vier Bandagen auf der Bestellung. Trotz sofortiger Stornierung erhielt ich die Nachricht, Ware ist schon auf dem Versandweg. Eine Reklamation nach dem Erhalt der Ware ist auch zwecklos, da die Versandkosten nach Amerika sehr hoch sind.
Insgesamt habe ich 15 Mails geschrieben, wurden auch relativ schnell beantwortet, aber nur mit Preisnachlass und nicht wie der Slogan ist, innerhalb von 30 Tagen, Geld zurück, kein Problem.
Ich habe schon viel im Internet gekauft, aber solche Praktiken habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Wenn die Bandage wenigstens hochwertig wäre, aber rutscht bei der geringsten Bewegung und von Hilfe keine Spur.
Staune nur, dass diese Firma ungehindert Reklame machen kann und keiner rechtlich dagegen vorgeht.

Do not order from these scammers! They have a very clever way of taking your money. You put your bank details in for the item you want, then they keep adding the option of extra items on. I got to a point where l had no choice but to just leave the site and they still took my money as I'd already inputted my bank details.

I have recently ordered a knee brace and the patches and have just checked my bank account to see that wellnee have charged me £150+ for several different orders. I have no email confirmation so I have no order number either therefore I cannot conact anyone in the company to make an enquiry. I am devastated as I do not have that sort of money to waste

The brace is not suitable. They have refused to refund my money,saying the brace once out of the pack cannot be return or that refund cannot be given .That's there policy.So how else can people know if the brace is suitable if they can't try it on.

Eine Kniebandage bestellt, eine geliefert - so weit. so gut. Ausgepackt, ausprobiert. Sie ist verrutscht, die Bänder haben eingeschnürt, also Rücksendung. Dafür wie gefordert Bilder der Bandage und der Verpackung eingeschickt. Jetzt kommt's: Nur Artikel in ungeöffneter Originalverpackung seien erstattungsfähig! Wie kann man eine Kniebandage in ungeöffneter Originalverpackung beurteilen? Die Rückgabebedingungen sind somit Augenauswischerei wenn nicht gar Betrug.

As others have said, they are just conmen.Do not buy from them. I was only scrolling and looking at the product but got a bill for five items i did not want, contacted them immediately to cancel and they replied with an email trying to persuade me to have a thirty percent reduction. I told them to cancel the whole thing but they say they have shipped it anyway today, i have raised the dispute with Paypal , who were very helpful and said this happens a lot. Apparently they had also had set up a subscription with a direct debit which Paypal have cancelled. This was not mentioned on the invoice.So beware, if I had not spoken to Paypal , I would not have known about the subscription!

Like many others I only ordered one product and received six. There is no communication to the company regarding queries. I informed my bank after my experience. They were well aware of the scam/con with other clients in the past, an ongoing situation. As for the products in question, useless!

I was charged for '5' straps instead of '1'
A total of £61.85 was taken in two amounts of £21.90 & £39.95 on the same day from my bank account. Numerous emails have remained unanswered, very dubious. The straps are rubbish and not fit for purpose.
I have now lodged a complaint to my bank to try and get a refund. Nightmare and playing havoc with my anxiety, why are these companies allowed to scam in broad daylight? Please someone intervene and help us out.

Ich habe 2 Bandagen bestellt, nun habe ich 4 bekommen und als 2x 2 bezahlt, die 4 kamen in einem Umschlag.
Aber ich durfte 2 Mal bezahlen und Mal Porto.
Auf mehrmaligen Rückfragen kam immer die gleiche Antwort ich soll mich mit dem Anbieter in Verbindung setzen.
Nun ein 4 Paket hätte 62,-- gekostet ein 2 48,--also habe ich über 96 Euro bezahlt, für Bandagen die nichts taugen.

Like many others, I ordered 1 pack of knee patches, when I got the email from Wellnee I had been charged for 5!! I immediately contacted them and asked them to stop the order as I only ordered 1 packet and been charged for 5!

I immediately contacted American Express to bring it to their attention and now have put in a fraud claim against this company. I do wish I had read the reviews first!

How are companies allowed to trade like this? I will never buy anything like this on line again - I will go to my local chemist instead.

Do not buy anything from this company they are very dishonest I ordered one knee brace they charged me for 3 and would not give me a refund when I saw the mistake on my order I let them know well within the 12 hours they give you to change it they would not do it Also the knee brace does not work it is complete rubbish

Die Webseite ist so unübersichtlich, dass man eine Bestellung abgibt, ohne es zu wollen. Keine Anschrift, Impressum oder.ä. zu finden, offenbar eine amerikanische Firma. Stornierung oder Widerruf ist nicht möglich. Die unerwünschte Lieferung kam ohne Rechnung oder Absender. Schließlich habe ich 40% Rabatt erhalten, sonst hätte ich die Rücksendung angeblich kostenpflichtig zurücksenden müssen.
DAS IST DER ABSOLUTE BETRUG UND ABZOCKE.

Wir haben über eine Werbeanzeige dieses Produkt entdeckt und wollten nur 1 Großpacket mit 40 Pflaster bestellen. Der Warenwert hätte 60,91€ betragen. Dann sind wir wärend der Bestellung immer wieder aus dem Bestellvorgang rausgeschmissen worden und es wurde letztendlich eine Summe von insgesamt 201,42 € abgebucht, die aber erst viel später sichbar wurde. Wir können niemanden erreichen. Unter der Telefonnummer, die im Impressum zu finden ist, geht NATÜRLICH!!! niemand ans Telefon. Wir wollen die zuviel bestellten Pflaster wieder loswerden und BITTE unser Geld zurück bekommen!!! An wen können wir uns nun wenden und an welche Adresse kann man das zurückschicken?
Über Hilfe wären wir dankbar denn so KANN MAN DIESE FIRMA AUF KEINEN FALL WEITEREMPFEHLEN!!!

Thank you for a moment of your time. I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I had not noticed the many complaints on BBB about their individual experiences with ordering knee pads from Wellnee.

—Before I completed the order, I had changed my mind and decided to delete it. However, Wellnee processed it as an order before it was even completed.

—I tried to “cancel the pre-mature order”, but Wellnee said it was too late—the purchase had been processed immediately.

—It appears that we were all deceived into thinking we were to receive a high quality product (specifically what we ordered), but instead received extra items we did not order and were charged for these unwanted items as well.

—In addition, my husband did not even “use” his product, but Wellnee would not accept the return to be refunded, because the package was “opened”. We had no choice but to “open it” because it was “required” by Wellnee in the email conversation (to send a photo of product “outside” of the packaging).

—Wellnee did say that they would NOT refund us 100% (as promised in their ad), but would refund us 50% minus the shipping and handling fees. We could keep the item(s) and not worry about the hassle of returning the product(s).

—Our opinion: we feel we have been scammed by Wellnee. Wellnee wins big by unloading their products (which are not effective) while still making a profit—even if it is 50% +/- less than they charged us initially.

One very positive attribute was their customer service emails. They were warm and friendly.
This, however, doesn’t change the fact that we’ve been scammed/mislead/cheated.

I thanked them again for their time and effort concerning their response! I pray their business practices become legit and fair. 🙏🏽

Kein seriöses Unternehmen.
Wollte nur 1 Packung habe 8 erhalten.
Hätte ich die Bewertungen vorher gelesen, hätte ich sicher nicht bestellt.

Leider muss man einen Stern geben. Hätte ich vorher die Bewertungen gelesen würden ich diesen Mist nicht bestellt haben und hätte über 80 Euro gespart. Um den Schwierigkeiten der Rückabwicklung aus dem Weg zu gehen sind die Bandagen in der grauen Tonne entsorgt worden.

After wearing the Wellnee knee brace for half a day, it made my skin behind my knee red, swollen and itchy so I was unable to use it. I was refused a refund because their policy states that they only refund unopened, unused items. I didn’t know that my skin was going to react to the material and didn’t notice in the description a warning that the material could potentially cause a reaction to sensitive skin. All policies can be flexible to accommodate anomalies that unexpectedly arise, so in my opinion the company Wellnee are exploiting customers by not refunding goods due to them being opened and tried on which is classed as being worn. I should have lied and said that the knee brace was no longer required and had not been opened but instead, I was truthful and expected a refund due to the unforeseen reaction I had to the material. Wellnee and their knee braces should come with a HAZARD WARNING. Stay clear and don’t let them make money by exploiting trustworthy honest customers.

Waited 10 days not even worth the wait would not reccomend waste of money

Ordered 2 knee braces and 1 packet of knee sleeves for a trial test first.
Wellnee added 4 more knee braces which were not ordered. (How many knee braces does one need??)
Wellnee failed to cancel order on my immediate request. Failed to action 2 wellnee official Request forms submitted. Ignored numerous emails to cancel,
Wellnee claimed unable to cancel as goods had already been shipped. In 20 minutes...(joke).
Complaint sent to my Credit Card Company who are taking it up with Mastercard and the Merchant direct. Should have reviewed the Trustpilot page under 'Wellnee' which has 1.2 negative rating . Many reviews of poor service, failure to cancel on customer instructions, loading unordered items, refusing to accept refunds, denying received returned goods.
