Wellnee 

Like other customers I ordered August/10th 2025 2knee sleeves and they took money for a total of 6 and a box of patches! I tried as soon as I saw the amount of money on my account to cancel the purchase and sent many emails trying to cancel that purchase ! they just didn’t do anything! This is a scam and I will go forward if not refund!

I will take actions!

Absolute rubbish and a scam. My elderly husband bought some as he has arthritis in his knees; he ended up paying over £150 for 14 boxes. He's only ever received one box and the patches seem to be mainly menthol and ginger. Avoid.

Habe leider zu spät die Trustpilot Bewertungen gelesen. Bei mir dasselbe Muster wie bei vielen anderen Feedbacks: Wollte zwei Kniebandagen bestellen, bekam 5. Rücksendung (laut Firma in die USA!=???) nur möglich, wenn ich alle Kosten für die übernehme, und wollte auch noch die Kosten für die initiale Lieferung abziehen. Danach gab es noch das "großzügige" Angebot, dass ich die überzähligen Bandagen behalten kann für 50% des initialen Kaufpreises. Die Bandagen selbst sind übrigens mittelmäßig und vom Sitz her nicht so toll. Da hatte ich schon viel besser sitzende.

I ordered and payed for a knee support, many weeks ago,l hadn’t received it so l sent an email to them asking where my item was ,l was told that l had put in wrong address l checked my order and everything was correct.
Emailed again explaining that my details were correct please resend or refund.
I was denied both refund or resend item.
When l asked why l was told because of the time lapse.
These people are a con and have kept my payment,
Absolutely disgusting customer service .

Absolutely poor experience when dealing with this company. Ordered knee brace 28th July. Promised delivery within 5-8 days. 12 days later no delivery despite repeatedly sending emails with no answer. Absolute crooks. Do not under any circumstances order a thing from this ‘company’

Retoure war nur mit eigener Übernahme der Versandkosten in die USA möglich, am Ende habe ich 40% erstattet bekommen. Der Artikel war auch nicht in der Qualität wie beschrieben und erwartet. Kein empfehlenswerter Verkäufer...

Oh, how I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering from these shysters. I have experienced exactly the same issues as many others. Ordered knee pads to the value of £40.75 but confirmation order included two other items and my credit card was charged £94.40. Contacted company within an hour but told too late to change as already processed!! So, like numerous others I have been conned. I'm in the UK so little I can do to obtain redress but would hope customers in the USA would report these practices to the relevant authorities, such as the Federal Trade Commission.

I would not give this company even one star and there ought to be a zero star please Trustpilot. I mistook this company for one of an almost identical name and placed what I thought was a reorder. I have tried their product three times and each time, despite being on for only two hours, it burned so badly I had to remove it. The knee supports were also useless and gave no support at all. There were also no instructions with them.
This company are part of a general USA/China world wide scam group who do not put their return address anywhere on their web site but returns have to be made to it. BEWARE. This product is harmful to older skin because it takes ages for the burn marks to fade and could be much more for someone with, say, diabetes.

Ich habe mehrfach Kräuterpflaster bei Wellnee bestellt. Leider habe ich die Mails mit den Rechnungen gelöscht. Wellnee ist nicht in der Lage, mir Rechnungskopien zu schicken. Diese kann ich als Rentnerin absetzen. Ich habe mehrfach darum gebeten. Immer kommt eine standardisierte Antwort mit detaillierten Bestelldaten und dem Tipp, im Spamordner nachzuschauen...wahrscheinlich KI generiert.
Das ist kein Service!!

I place an order to sample a 1 product the pain relief knee sleeve. the promo is discounted but their site keeps suggesting add ons. In the end my $19.00 turn into $116.00 without me knowing. Only after I received the confirmation I found out the cost.
I immediately called support line and did not get a live person. I got disconnect because no agent available. I tried multiple times. I sent an email to support and they answered late and unable to process cancellation. They shipped the product and after receiving it I had to return it with my own money for shipping. They said they will not refund my shipping cost. This company does not even deserve 1 star.

This company makes it very difficult to get your refund on any item you purchase. ( I purchased the wellnee patches ) Don’t deal with this company . To get a return one must refute your negative complaint on trust pilot. What? Just an everyday scam. Will contact AARP to see if there is help to alert seniors and prevent such reoccurrence.

When I ordered 1 knee brace I was charged for 4 then I was charged for 8. I received refund for the 4 but so far nothing regarding the 8. It's a joke what they are doing.

I ordered knee braces for my wife, she has regular pain caused by arthritis. I wanted one but were sent 4, not the grey knee braces the advert showed but black patella knee straps. They weren’t interested in my situation just kept emailing with excuses. They kept saying I was wrong. Really poor customer service, typical American waffle.

I placed an order for one Knee brace and one pack of patches. After placing the order the company automatically added an extra pack of four knee supports! These cost an extra £39.95 The money was taken from my account and showed as part of my order! Why would I need five knee braces? I immediately edited my order, I even got an edit number! I sent an email to them and was told the order has been shipped so no refund could be made. I would have to return the pack of four at my expense!! This all happened within minutes of the original order. I'm so angry that there is no helpful support from them. They just added on what they wanted to at my expense. TOTAL SCAM.. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!! The items are cheaper on Amazon and you can get a return easier!!

Schlechter Service. Rücksendemöglichkeit nur in die USA. Kostet also!! Trotz schriftlicher Stornierung innerhalb von 7 Minuten wurde die Ware trotzdem zugestellt.
Nie wieder!!! Nicht zu empfehlen. Sitze jetzt auf der Ware und kann sie nicht gebrauchen. Zahlen musste ich nämlich trotzdem, weil ich Klarna schon informiert hatte das ich zurückschicken und mir nicht bekannt war, das die Ware nur in die USA verschickt werden konnte, obwohl Absender Visbek( Deutschland).!!!! Also Hände weg!!!

Wollte zwei Kniebandagen bestellen, bekam 6 , obwohl ich einige Sekunden nach der Bestellung storniert habe. Rücksendung extrem kompliziert; die Firma weigerte sich, die Kosten für die Rücksendung zu übernehmen, und wollte auch noch die Kosten für die Lieferung abziehen. Ich hatte versucht, über Paypal die Kosten zurückzuhalten, leider ging auch das nicht. Nach endlosen mails hin und her teilte die Firma mit , dass die Frist zur Rücksendung abgelaufen sei.

These guys are a scam.
I ordered a knee brace, and they charged me for 6.
I was contacting them instantly informing of the error. 11hours later they respond to say they are packed and dispatched so they cannot correct the error.
I will try to initiate a refund the instant they arrive, but I wish I read the reviews first. Im not hopeful.

Please avoid.

If I could click minus 1 star I would. I saw the advertisement for these really great knee pads from Wellnee, $19.95 for the item. I figured I'd go ahead and give it a whirl, $19.95 was worth a shot and if it worked great! First after reading the ever wonderful benefits of this amazing breakthrough in knee support and pain reduction I in good faith typed in my credit card information which I should have known better because I hadn't even gone to the ordering page, this is where they get you! I thought I was ordering ONE only and once I pressed the tab of the product for ONE brace at least a dozen more click bait popped up asking if I want to add this other product, I pressed NO on every one of those tabs, then it prompts you to finish placing your order, go to the checkout and there was $119.00 somehow racked up! I tried to back out and return to the basket, that was that, order placed thank you mam! Within 1 minute of this transaction I went online to the company's website and immediately asked to cancel the order, I explained it was wrong, they sent a message back and said, sorry no can do... Your order is already being shipped! How is that possible I tried to cancel the order within the first 10 minutes! This company is a fraud, they practice very unethical sales tactics and I suspect they could care less if a customer might possibly order any of their products after the first receipt of order so they just scam a person out of a hundred dollars and call it good. After reading all of the same complaints as mine, this is the only thing that makes sense.
