This company is dropshipping from temu. Put the photos and the descriptions of the items into an Ai detector and they will all show up as 99% ai likely. Please do not buy. ANYTHING from them. They scammed my wife and will not give her money back, not a single reply to our emails. They are selling a fetal Doppler which costs them literally $1.79 from Temu and they are charging like $59.99 due to a “summer sale” just happens to be going on everyday.

Terrible company to spend your hard earned money on! I ordered my Doppler on August 28th and paid for expedited shipping and still haven’t received it! When you reach out to customer service, they give you the run around! Go with a different company!

This is a scam. They give you a tracking # and when you try to check it says the website can't be loaded. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I bought the Fetal Doppler. I truly appreciate the way I was kept informed from the time I ordered and throughout the Doppler’s journey to my house. All I had to do was pull up the tracker to locate the product! It also helped that Wellness Baby would send emails with tips on using the Doppler as well as other pregnancy information while I was waiting for my Doppler to arrive. It’s a great product and a wonderful feeling to be able to hear baby’s heartbeat at anytime

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order June 19th and it is August 13th. I reached out and they said they would send a new one back in July, I reached out again beginning of August for an update, and no reply! Horrible customer service, and horrible company. Do not purchase from here.

Owner reached out and was very kind to give a refund and ship a new one. I moved my review up to 3 stars for finally receiving a response and the kindness showed by Sarah.

When checking out it didn’t ask me to confirm shipping address so my phone automatically put my old home address which is out of state. I immediately emailed the company and they said they would redirect my package, but never did and I even paid express shipping. I reached out again after but never heard back or got my money back. SCAM!!!

This is my first time being pregnant and as a first time twin mom this Doppler has helped me so much! It gives me me peace of mind that I can check my babies heartbeats at any time in between doctors appointments. The customer service is incredible and everyone is so helpful! Highly recommend getting you a Doppler!!

Do not waste your money. I ordered mine over 10 days ago now. I’ve reached out multiple times to get an answer on where my order is and when I can expect it (as the website states delivery within 5-7 business days). All I have been given is the same tracking number that I had initially that states a label has been created and no further info can be provided. Oh, other that no cancellations or refunds. I paid extra for gel and a travel case. And now I’m not even confident that I’ll be receiving these products. An absolute waste of $90, time, and patience. I can read similar reviews to this issue and lack of customer service on the website, but you aren’t able to leave a review easily yourself. I assume you may be able to IF you receive your order. Which is a total load of BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Extremely disappointed with WellnessBaby.

My original delivery failed, so I provided an updated redelivery address. Despite this, my package was delivered to a completely different address not associated with me or my family.
I spent several days going back and forth with customer service and the carrier only to receive repetitive responses with no real resolution. Even after it was confirmed the package went to the wrong address, I was still told to handle the investigation myself.
What concerns me even more is that customers are unable to leave reviews directly on their website, which feels very misleading considering the experience I had.

The only problem I had was the waiting time.
I received my product I'm enjoying using it.

I placed an order and never received it. They kept giving me the exact same tracking info for over a week. Asked for my money back and they told me no because it was in transit, which obviously wasn’t. Had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

A company that offers no cancelation, no refund, no replacements. Never received my package and customer service sucks.

I don't believe this is a legitimate company.

All they said was they will look into it, the package seems "lost"

They don't have a number to call only email.
