Wanted to give BabyNera a shot, however received without the heat massager and have been trying to reach out daily for a week, no response. Also to make it worse I have not been using the pump much as find it uncomfortable and ticklish, might keep trying for a bit but makes me feel like should have gone with a more known brand.

Edit a couple days after, they finally responded and sent the massager. I added one star as I have used the massager with the other pumps I got instead, have not tried the babynera again as of yet.

I ordered my BabyNera pump before giving birth because I wanted to have everything ready for when my baby arrived. Delivery was really quick, arriving in just three days, and everything came nicely packed!

After giving birth, I had some trouble with my letdown and couldn’t pump as much milk as I expected. I was a bit worried because this was all very new to me, so I emailed the team to ask if I was doing something wrong or if the pump simply wasn’t right for me. Their staff replied very quickly, and the response didn’t feel generic at all. They were very patient and kindly explained a few things I could try. They also followed up with me, which I really appreciated during such an overwhelming time.

It took me a little while to get used to pumping and for my body to adjust after birth, but it has become much easier now. The pump is comfortable, strong, simple to use and very convenient when I’m looking after my baby. I also love that everything I needed was already included in the box.

I’m honestly very happy with both the product and the service. Their customer service was especially amazing compared with other brands I’ve dealt with. It felt like I was speaking to someone who genuinely wanted to help, rather than just receiving an automatic customer service reply. Having that support meant a lot to me during the first few weeks with my newborn. I would definitely recommend BabyNera to other mums!

I had a really positive experience with BabyNera and wanted to share it here. The Doppler itself works well and gives great peace of mind during pregnancy. Once you learn how to position it properly, the heartbeat becomes very clear and reassuring.

What really impressed me though was the customer service. The team was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was resolved quickly.

Shipping was also smooth and well handled. Tracking updates were clear and the package arrived safely and on time.

Overall, it’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their product and treats customers with real care. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend BabyNera to other expecting parents.

Never received my order. Never heard from them after sending millions of emails. SCAM!!!!!
