The color and size of the faulty basin wasnât what i expected, however, they replaced it with my new selection without fuss. Based on my experience id definitely recommend them to others

Products seem great quality but havenât been installed or used yet. The only reason I gave four stars was there was one item on back order but this wasnât advised when we placed the order and you can still order the part. We then got a shipping notification saying it had been sent however it hadnât and after three weeks of nothing arriving I contacted them and it was actually still 2 weeks away from their supplier. I had to organise a refund which was no issue on there behalf and money was in bank the same day. unfortunately this delay caused me to have to find and alternative part locally to get the bathroom plumbing started and it wonât match any of the other tapware we ordered from Wellsons.

The absolute worst customer serviceâŠ
The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Product sent missing parts (which can happen from time to time, I understand that). I notified them immediately on Monday morning as soon as I received the items and mentioned it was imperative we sorted it out before end of the week as we had a plumbing job booked. I asked for a refund so as to avoid a situation where the parts didn't arrive on time, and we would go purchase the items from a local store. They didn't refund me, rather they assured me I would receive the missing parts within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately this did not happen and we had to cancel our plumbing job, setting back the job for a whole month now. This has meant we've had no hot water due to the type of plumbing issues we've been dealing with. Upon notifying Wellson's of this, they just informed me that the items had arrived now (which obviously I knew as I received them) and sorry for the inconvenience. There was no responsibility taken and no attempt to rectify the situation in some way. I've not experienced anything like this before. I would strongly suggest people buy from the many other bathroom and plumbing retailers available.

Great service, communication was excellent, staff understood the products and importantly double checked everything before the order went through to production, which was great as I had made an error when i finally pushed the button. Aside from this, the pricing was excellent, and the process and online experience also very good. Perhaps the website could provide more filters to help narrow down the selection that suits your needs.
