The clothes are nice, but I am not impressed with the order/ delivery system. I once got an email after 5 days stating an item in my order was out of stock. There is no system in place for returns so getting the sizing wrong becomes a very expensive mistake…

Beautiful clothes that wash and last really well.
The only improvement I could suggest is they speak to parents for design ideas especially for boys as I feel the girls clothing is always much prettier - but could be my personal taste.

Well I completely messed up on the delivery address bit not just once but twice! The two member of staff concerned fixed everything up for me on both occasions- they were efficient, understanding and kind. So even though I was a complete eijit I felt less of a one! Thank you.
