Good shipping and cancellation and…

Good shipping and cancellation and amendment options. When you order for 4 you get double the little packs and it gets a bit absurd with the waste!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I requested to cancel a subscription service prior to it shipping, they still shipped it. Offered for me to send it back and still be charged shipping! Beware.

Hi Olga,

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.

As this order is part of an ongoing subscription, it was scheduled in advance and was processed by our warehouse team over the weekend before our customer experience team returned on Monday and saw your cancellation request. Unfortunately, once an order has been packed and dispatched, we’re unable to stop it from our side.

As mentioned in our messages with you, if you refuse the parcel at delivery it will be returned to us, and we’ll then be able to process a full refund for both the order and the shipping cost once it arrives back at our HQ. We completely understand that this isn’t the ideal situation, but we wanted to make sure you wouldn’t be out of pocket.

If you’d still like help cancelling or making changes to your subscription going forward, please do get in touch and we’d be very happy to help.

So stressful

SO stressful, hidden charges we were not notified about in advance (only 20 pound no show/cancellation fee). Please do not use them! Especially not for chickenpox vaccine for your children.

Vets now Sutton

Vets now Sutton - vet was very rude and does not seem to have ever met a puppy before, as she was very poor at handing. Also left halfway to deal with a “real emergency” and said she didn’t want to give us all medication and said to go to our regular vet the next day… receptionist was kind and tried her best to explain after vet walked out on us. Also, after over 300 pound in charges for 5 minutes, the extra 25 to deal with the paperwork is just ridiculous.

Did not pay out

Our puppy was taken to emergency vet on a Sunday and we were advised to take her to our regular vet Monday for a further check up. Since it was the same condition we were expecting our excess would be reached and this would be okay. Instead they said that since it was on another day they refused to cover it! Beware!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever - scam

In total spend maybe 50p on each page I’ve printed - absolutely terrible deals when you read fine print

Have cancelled but still take money every month and ignore cancellation. I imagine they expect people not to make a fuss since it’s small amounts every month but be warned it will add up

Poor

We paid 190 for a bartender to attend our wedding having booked him for 4 hours. He was very rude, didn't make any of the cocktail recipes we had purchased ingredients for in advance and left after 3 hours. We have contacted them 3 times but with no reply requesting a partial refund.

Ridiculous shipping cost

I paid shipping for each bundle of 10 little photos even though they were one order. Absolutely ludicrous to pay 15 pounds in shipping for something that for in a large letter.


Update
this is the response when I contacted customer service: "I request to say we are following fixed shipping price please check below link onec"

Not sure what that really means but as you can see very unhelpful .

poor service

Quote was between 79-149, of course the person picked for us said 150... then left everything dirty and didn’t install it properly so now it wiggles... not sure how safe that is. Then added an extra 50 pounds at the end. Feel very cheated and poor service

No milk...

I have now been a customer for two months with paying for milk to be delivered three times a week. During this time my milk has been delivered maybe three times and missed all other deliveries. Every time I've had to call to be refunded. Had to be on hold, waiting and waiting, and then only told they would email my fulfillment centre which obviously that has solved nothing. So annoying.
