Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback following your recent tour to India. I’m really sorry to hear that aspects of your experience fell short of expectations, particularly given the significance of this being a special and high-value trip.

It’s clear from your comments that while you found India itself fascinating and the itinerary rewarding, elements such as the food, accommodation, and transport did not meet the standards you quite rightly anticipated. I’m genuinely sorry that meal quality and variety became disappointing, and that some of the hotels felt tired and fell below what you expected. Your comments about the coach and the impact it had on longer journeys are also concerning, particularly in a destination where comfort during travel is so important. Please be assured that this feedback will be shared in detail with our Product and Operations teams so it can be carefully reviewed.

That said, I was very pleased to read your feedback about your guide. It’s wonderful to know they had such a positive impact on your experience, bringing India’s history and culture to life and supporting the group so well throughout. We know how much of a difference a great guide makes, and I will ensure your kind words are passed on.

I completely understand your disappointment, particularly when this experience has influenced your thoughts on travelling with us again. That is genuinely not how we would want any customer to feel, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
