The issues you’ve raised regarding the itinerary, dining, and organisation are certainly not the standards we aim to deliver, and we fully understand your frustration.

Please be assured that your comments have been taken very seriously and shared with our wider team so that we can investigate what went wrong and ensure improvements are made.
We also regret that our gesture of compensation did not meet your expectations. Our intention is always to recognise where things haven’t gone to plan, but we understand that this has not changed how you feel about your experience.

Once again, we’re truly sorry for the disappointment caused.

We completely understand how important clear and consistent pricing is, especially when you were so looking forward to your holiday. We apologise for the confusion regarding the price match and the additional flight costs that were initially communicated.

Following this, we’re pleased that we were able to revisit your booking and honour the original price as promised. We truly appreciate your patience while we resolved this.

We very much hope we’ll still have the opportunity to welcome you on a future Wendy Wu tour and provide the experience you were expecting.
