Sehr schöne und hochwertige Uhr fÌr einen unglaublichen Preis (Wenger Seaforce Diver Petro). Ich kann Wenger-Uhren nur empfehlen!
Bought a watch by Wenger through Amazon.de. It appeared to be defect after two years. I contacted Wenger, but they did not want to take any responsability, since "Amazon is not an authorized sales point". Huh? Thereâs even a 'Wenger shop' at Amazon!
After consulting Amazon on this (also surprised about the attitude of Wenger) and resending invoice etc., Wenger advised us to send the watch to Watch World, a repair service in the Netherlands. That appeared to be a club with a vague site, an unanswered phone and no replies to serveral emails.
After 20 mails or so with the 'customer service' of Wenger (Victorinox), I gave up. Bye Wenger.
Iâve been waiting two weeks now for a reply about my watch,
The receptionist is very nice she phoned me herself - but Iâm still waiting for the boss to decide and itâs not good enough - maybe the receptionist should be promoted to be the boss instead .
Its âs broken and I wonât be buying any more Wenger watches thatâs for sure.
Wenger does not supply spare parts after the warranty period of 2 years.
1 wheel broken, so I have to buy another laptop bag.

I bought a Patriot rolling briefcase at the end of September from them on Amazon.it. The screws at the top of the handle keep coming loose and have to be tightened continuously. I'm unable to contact them via Amazon and they have not replied to my direct e-mail after nearly 2 weeks, despite promising a reply within a generous 2 days.
Bought Wenger hiking shoes which I used on Ladakh hiking trail. They didn t survive it!
Wrote to the company afterwards. They were very quick to respond. As they don t do hiking shoes anymore, they proposed a ruck sack instead.
Very nice of them.
