The team at WeQuote does an excellent job at supporting their users. The software is excellent and easy to use, but it's really the support behind the software that has sold me.

Really clever platform and amazing staff!
We joined WeQuote so we could make nicer quotations for big jobs that have a lot of kit, it was becoming a nightmare to try and show customers the different upgrade options in a nice way that didn't just create confusion. WeQuote blew us away quite honestly; the software is so intuitively built and makes creating impressive, clear and informative quotations SO easy. The interactive quality is game changing. And linked to live price lists of our brands is *chefs kiss*.

There are so many really clever features. AND it wasn't an absolute nightmare to learn to use. The team are ridiculously helpful and so quick. 2 people sat down with me on a call to ru me through how to use various features and any issues going forward that I have, they reply instantly to help - so easy!

I’ve been using WeQuote for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. Every time I’ve had an issue or question, the support team has sorted it out straight away—no delays, no chasing, just solid, reliable help. WeQuote are transforming the way installers/ dealers quote systems, Mast Digital(UK) has chosen to integrate WeQuote in to our daily quoting routine for our customers, allowing for much cleaner proposals showcasing Security, AV and networking products to the trade while also monitoring conversion rates closely. The team are always on hand to support us, listening to new ideas and assisting with the implementation of them.

As a manufacturer, I use wequote in a different way than most users, not directly for end customers, but as a great tool to make my consultant presentations sexier, more dynamic and, above all, quicker to write.

The team is always ready to listen to my comments or questions, and it's a very powerful tool that even lets me extract an Excel spreadsheet of the products I've included in my project, for internal use.

It's great to be able to extract/import catalogs, which allows me to quickly update a whole price list on my products.

Such a powerful tool to use and great support from the WeQuote team when needing a little support or even assist with a more customised solution. These guys have just nailed right from the first look.

Words can't really do this product justice but game changer is probably the simplest way to describe it. Get a demo and don't waste your time considering anything else. Backed up by a wicked team of straight talking folk who do what they say they will.

I had been sending quotes using traditional PDFs for years, with a shopping list of upgrades, which I had to go through with the client while they chose their upgrades. This involved phone calls, emails, and resending the updated quote PDF, until they made their decision. This took hours of my time, calculating the total price, and then recalculating the price every time the client changed their mind, then rewriting the quote and sending the updated PDF.

So I was desparate to find an interactve quote system which alllowed the client to choose their own upgrades. I tried out several web-based systems, but none of them were suitable.

Then I found WeQuote, which has completely transformed my sales workflow. Once I've built the quote and sent the client the link, they can open the web based interactive quote, then choose their own upgrades until their heart is content. The amount of time this saves me to get on with other work has been invaluable. Clients love the fact that, in their own time, they can add and remove upgrades and see how the price is affected.

Clients can also visit our showroom, where I can mirror the quote on the large LED TV screen, so I can go thorugh the upgrades with them, and they can even place an order there and then by clicking the Sign and Accept button.

Lee and the team are always available for support, and are always open to new ideas and suggestions to add to the quote system, so it can only get better!!

WeQuote has enabled Steinway Lyngdorf to produce beautifully designed proposals for our dealer base to present to their client, in order to maximise in the sales opportunities before them.

Not only can we create proposals that convert sales, we can also manage the flow of the purchase process.

Lee and the team at wequote are simply amazing. Because Lee has come from an integration background, he understands the pain points our dealers face when specifying and managing projects. He has taken that knowledge and implemented it into the platform making the process for our customers that much simpler.

A few more commercial distributor links would be useful. I am confident they’ll arrive soon.

Looking for new features on the platform- no problem, the response from the team is always brilliant and updates very quick at rolling out.
This software will only get better as more users adopt it.

I would certainly recommend it.
