Always a pleasure deal with both on the sales line and with the delivery drivers. Drivers are very helpful in helping to move the order to convenient locations which is very appreciated.

Didn't get as advertised

Didn't get as advertised, ordered 100m machined posts and got 50 - 70mm stick posts not at all happy.
Called to complain and was told the manager will call me back that was a week ago and still waiting.

Paid over double for a product that isn't up to the task.

Poor delivery service

Amazing quality wood ... just the delivery side of it was a tad to long tuck way over a week to turn up

And no emails to even say when it was out for delivery

Sorry the delivery took longer than expected and that you didn’t receive updates — that’s not the standard we aim for. We’ve since made improvements to our delivery scheduling and communication to avoid that happening.

Delivery was three days later than


Delivery was three days later than promised and someone in the office kept saying he would phone me back with updates but never did. When the wood was eventually delivered the driver was very good and helpful. This was my second delivery and on the first one I couldn’t fault the service. I will use them again as the wood is good quality

Long wait for delivery date, email sent said delivered ,before driver was dispatched.
