Wahnsinnig guter Scam mit vielen eingekauften Advertorials/Artikeln auf diversen Portalen zu Coins.
Dank der Chargeback-Arbeit der Hanseatic Bank die gesamte Summe zurückerhalten. Großen Dank an den guten Service.

I wanted help regarding my payment already went through in Csgoluck but I didn't receive the product, so I message their support, took them about about 7 hours to reply after that I missed their text replied it back in 2 hours ish then waited another 10 hours for reply, I was already asleep then I replied again till now no reply 14 hours waiting lmao you guys need to hire better people to do this job

This is a scandalous company they came in through Poshmark claiming to be a part of Poshmark paying system and said they needed a 400 or $300 deposit ended up taking $440 out of my account and then said if I just deposit $500 more that we would be good listen I am and always have been a hard-working American I am in the whole 90% of the time so for them to take $440 out of my account a day after I went to knee replacement surgery is ridiculous and it should be illegal. somebody should do something about this. I hardly doubt I'm going to see that $440 deposited back into my account because that would be too much like right I'm paying a company $440 to do absolutely nothing and now I have to go home month flat broke without food without any of the amenities that I normally have because you people stole from me

This is a scam front for crypto fraud. They will reply here saying ‘we’re very sorry…. As a regulated provider….’
Don’t do it. Anything you purchase through them is a fraud.
They spend way too much time explaining how crypto presale works (and incorrectly) to just be a middle man. They are clearly working with the scammers and have perfected their ‘fake support’.
Run, don’t walk.

Professionnalisme
Professionnalisme, courtoisie, préoccupation réelle à propos de mon problème d'identification du partenaire commercial à la source d'une transaction incertaine.
J'ai été suivi sur 2 jours par 3 interlocuteurs qui se sont relayés pour essayer de m'aider du mieux possible.
Pour des raisons probables de confidentialité, Wert n'a pas pu identifier le partenaire commercial en cause... c'est dommage, mais je comprends.
Wert est, à mon sens, une entreprise sérieuse qui ne traite pas ses clients comme de vulgaires numéros, mais comme des êtres humains doués de sensibilité, et ils en tiennent bien compte.
J'encourage le personnel à poursuivre ses efforts d'écoute du client et de courtoisie.
La transparence faisant de plus en plus défaut dans notre monde, je suggère aux responsables de Wert de solliciter leurs partenaires commerciaux afin de les pousser à en faire preuve en ne cherchant pas à se masquer derrière la confidentialité (si tel est le cas).
Avec ma sympathie renouvelée pour les interlocuteurs au contact de la clientèle.

I was buying one of the top reviewed cyptos for 2026. I tried purchasing it twice at $52.99 each time for total of $105.98. My bank sent me a online secure message to give authorization for them to make the payment to Wert. I did not get the crypto coins I ordered, so I did the process a second time. I checked my bank to see if they made the payments. The bank honored my requests; however, the bank recaptured the funds and placed them back into my account. Thought scam. Researched Wert. Findings.
