No contact details the the address just bounces back as not found.
I bought nano car polish$45.00au no tracking number. It's a pure scam,I even doubt if there is a company all they seem to sell is BS.

this company does not even deserve 1 star this is a complete scam. I ordered 3 sweatshirts never received any of them after weeks. Contacted the company no response for weeks until I got a sentence anwser looked like it was written by a 5 year old with no information. Do not buy from here.

Bad service
Really poor quality
Smelly clothes
Late delivery (10 weeks later)
Impossible to return, they say that they didnt get the package.
PayPal wasnt any help either
So I just have up paid and learned my lesson. Horrible

So please choose another company for your own good.

Ordered an anime tee shirt for my granddaughter the entire picture came off the first time it was washed! Company did nothing to make it right. Do not use this sight, the quality is garbage, and they will make no attempt to make things right!

This is Ron Pillon ,I ordered October 22 2020, now we’re January 3, 2021 I have not received my parcel it was a Christmas gift hopefully I receive it by this Christmas, very disappointed. I will never order again. I contact them for a refund I will keep our customers inform what happens Ron

I did not place an order. I Googled a very expensive espresso machine that retails at $700 & found this website offering it for $99. I added the item to my cart but continued to browse the website & I just had a nagging feeling that it was a scam company in China & that they most likely ship you a completely different item of the lowest poor quality. I checked out the shipping info & right there at the top of the page it says 'free shipping on all order' not orders but order & it was evident from reading their details on shipping that it was going to be shipped from overseas. I had a gut feeling that if I were to place an order for the expensive machine they advertised that I would not receive the exact product. I am more than confident that they would have shipped me a rinky-dink, crappily made, p*** poor quality piece of junk expresso machine. After coming on here & reading all the reviews I can clearly see that is exactly what my experience would have been like. Please anybody out there considering purchasing something from this company just don't do it, pay the extra & buy from somewhere that you know is going to sell you the true genuine product that you're ordering. Also, it's obvious that there are two reviews in this thread that are not genuine & most definitely written by the thieving scammers running this website & are giving positive reviews. But you can tell by the Broken English & poor grammer with American names that it's just not a true review at all. Buyer beware, this company is nefarious at best

I canceled order following morning and they still shipped the product 7 days later. After receiving, the product is nothing line what is pictured!!!! Buyer beware.

This company is a SCAM! They rob you and sent you sub par products that look nothing like there advertising. They then offer only a 20% refund or you gave to pay for return postage to China for a full refund. Robbing Bas@#rds, do not buy from them or you will regret lossing your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT purchase from this website. Reviews below are correct ...the quality of clothing is in no way representative of images shown on website. I ordered 2 sweaters - when they arrived they quite literally looked like they had been purchased at the dollar store. When I contacted the company - it took a week (and multiple emails on my part) to receive a response. Ultimately, they advised that their company is in China - that I would have to pay to return the merchandise - and that only afterwards they would refund the amount charged to my card. After waiting weeks to address the situation I was offered a partial refund of 20%. If there are any 5 star reviews here - they must have been written by the company itself. This website is a SHAM. DO NOT waste your money. Go to the dollar store instead!! PURE GARBAGE!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Dealing with Weslily for the past 2 months has been the worst experience ever. I would prefer to rate lower than 1 but it’s not an option.

I purchased 2 tops for my girlfriend in late June and paid for expedited shipping. After 8 weeks of waiting, they finally arrived. One was nothing as advertised and fit like a sweater for a toddler. The fit of the other was fine but the material made my girlfriend break out immediately.

After attempting to discuss my concerns with the “customer service” department, they offered a refund, a free shirt and in the same email thread, changed their mind and stated we would have to pay for return shipping (approximately $20) and would be offered 15% for the inconvenience.

Their product is cheap. Their “customer service” is a nightmare. They are being reported to the better business bureau.

Scam company, stay away! The clothes look beautiful on the site, and I made a purchase of three items. The receipt/order confirmation did not state when I could expect delivery, so I waited a couple of weeks. I then tried to contact the company and received an email (with many spelling errors) telling me to be patient. Approximately a week later I received an email, again with many spelling/grammatical errors stating that I was receiving a refund. I emailed questioning why I was receiving a refund and I was told (quite aggressively) that I must have requested a refund, as they don’t just refund for no reason. After much confusion, and rude following emails. I decided to just forget about it. After all that, the refund that I received was £5.00 less than I paid! So to recap, I purchased an order that I never received, and over the course of nearly a month, had to waste my time dealing with rude, uninformed customer service and received a refund less than I originally paid! Definitely a scam company.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They send no useful information when asked a question just pre scripted emails straight from a computer, Near impossible to talk to a real person, shipping is ridiculously slow and no help given when trying to track an order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email check your spam it’s most likely there....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order several weeks ago. I went up a size because I had heard their clothes run small. After about 4 weeks, I finally got my two items I ordered. Neither one fit, they were still way too small and the quality of clothing is horrible. I sent an email to the company because that is what their return policy says and this is what they said:

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry for the inconvenience from our side. Our return policy is that we won't pay the return shipping fee. We can give partial refund of 15% back to you as compensation if you agree.

SO, you will not get your 100% refund back, they are saying only 15%. I understand having to pay shipping but only getting 15% of what I paid- This is a SCAM!!!

Please-please don’t place an order with this company!

The quality of the fabric is very cheap. Their sizes are not even close to the sizing chart they provide. They run 5 sizes too small and I’m being serious.

I inquired to exchange for a bigger size only to be told to keep the 3 tops I ordered and I can reorder and they will give me 15% off my new order.

They don’t have a good exchange policy. I’m basically going to keep what doesn’t fit me!

Again, don’t order from Weslily.

This place s an awful company . Clothes look nothing like pictures fabric is awful items missing and sizes not true to size . Trying to communicate to return is a real nightmare and you have to send back to China which is expensive . Do not order I wish hadn’t .

Horrible company. Quality is bad. Sizes are VERY small, A 5XXL is like a 14. The clothes are not good mateirial. They have a strange smell. Extremely bad communication. Slow shipping, too. Don't do it!! Looks great, but not.

I would definitely rate a 0!!!! The dress I ordered is NOT THE SAME! Then they want to refund me half of the money if I pay to have it shipped back! So I'm paying you to be an inconvenience in my life and be out $15. I dont think so. Horrible dress, cheap material and terrible customer service!

Fall in love with the sweater that I bought from weslily. Good quality and look same to Pic. Well buy again
