Initially un-responsive. Notably as & when visiting. However, upon lamentably relocating there, they became more receptive...hoping against hope that if & when I do (re-visit family & friends) I shouldn't have any difficulties?

Delivery second to none. I'm addicted to buying cycling stuff so the faster it gets here the better. I'll definitely be spending my money with these guys again. If your looking for a jersey for all weathers try the Castelli Perfetto Jersey (excellent)

For the past 3-4 years I've always stuck to using Wiggle and Chainreaction cycles for my bike parts and accessories.
Decided to buy from Westbrook cycles and the service and attention to detail was fantastic
Items ordered late in the day where delivered next day.
Didn't spend a lot but communication from both Calvin and James including many questions from me was probably the best one to one service I have experienced.
Will definitely be buying my gear from these guys again,

I ordered a bike for my boy for Christmas yesterday. I put in my billing address as my home and delivery address as my work as my son still believe in santa so can't have a bike turning up at the house. Once I got the confirmation email through I noticed that the delivery address had. Even changed to my home address Sep I replied to email asking for it to be changed. I was told it can't be changed. They said they can't change it due to polic of their new finance company. I said that's no good and explained my situation and said I may have to cancel order unless it can be delivered to an alternative address. The next email I received said my order has been cancelled!! I had not told them to cancel it and now I have had a search on my credit file, lost my deposit and no bike ordered for my son!! Avoid this company if you want good customer service and a company who care for customers reasonable needs!!

Ordered a bike and some extras to be delivered to Denmark. It all went very smooth. I will definently shop at Westbrook Cycles again.

Ordered an Exposure Lights Maxx D for a great price, arrived next day using 'standard delivery' with a 1-hour time slot. Excellent service, will be adding this shop onto my list when bargain hunting in the future.

I live in Pakistan and placed an order for an online purchase of an EVO HM through Westbrook Cycles. Bike was delivered to Dubai within 4 day. Recently I lost one of the seatpost bolt sets and couldn't find the said bolts in Pakistan. These people were kind enough to send a bolt set to Pakistan at no cost. I am quite pleased with their service and my purchase of the EVO from them. Will definitely buy my next bike from them and would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a Cannondale.

I bought a pair of Mavic Ksyrium Pro Allroad wheels from them last month (Aug 2016). These were despatched very quickly and arrived in 3 business days.

I needed 15mm thru axle adapters and called them up to ask how to get them. They were really helpful and sent them without cost, that day to me by recorded delivery.

Would thoroughly recommend them based on this experience.

Superb range of stock at a very competitive price. Ordered Tuesday afternoon, my order was with me in less than 24 hours. Use of Interlink as the courier allows the buyer to amend the delivery if necessary. Excellent service.

Ordered a bike which was price-matched by Westbrook without fuss.
The bike was delivered, but it wasn't until after building it that I discovered it was damaged. This was likely done in transit as the bike box was open on receipt.
Westbrook were excellent and arranged for replacement part which resolved the matter, paying all postage.
Can't fault the team. They stood by a customer and sorted the issue out. I would strongly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I bought a cyclocross bike from their website. The bike turned out to have a manufacturer fault and the guys bent over backwards to sort the issue. Would highly recommend and local bike shop service coupled with a good website should make Wiggle and CRC sit up and take note!

Recently purchased a carbon road bike frameset and saved over £700 v's RRP and £200 v's next closest site offering the same product. Service excellent also. Very good. Would recommend.

Ordered a heavily discounted bike frame and groupset from them, the order was delivered within two working days and was kept up-to-date with the status of the order all the way through, including by the courier company who were (surprisingly) excellent (Interlink Express).

I was told when it was dispatched etc. via email and texted with the delivery time on the day (specifying an hour when they were due - and they were) so you don't have to wait all day for it.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged, I had a few follow up questions with the build and they responded very quickly to my email and were happy to help over the phone.

Westbrook secured a replacement warranty frame from Scott which after some wait arrived. They agreed to fit an upgraded group set. There has been some miscommunication but over all I am satisfied with the service.

Bought a SCOTT foil with Di2 earlier this year that came with mismatched software which had to be returned. They were brilliant. Gave themmy business a second time for a pair of Sidi Vernice carbon shoes - used 'THEIR' online size comparison chart which says to order same size Sidi as Shimano. Simple you'd have thought, except when they arrive they are far too small. On contacting by email Calvin responds to say Sidi being Italian always come up small and to order half or full size bigger. Great advice that contradicts their own website, they refuse to pay return carriage when the mistake is there for all to see on their website.

Needless to say, I will not be returning as two mess ups out of two is enough for me especially as I'm out of pocket!!
