What an awesome company. Exactly what I need, fun to use.

Even though I have been shaving for over 20 years, I just started using a safety razor. I have also used the equipment for a wet shave before - bow, brush and etc. I wanted to upgrade and West Coast has everything you need from beginner to greatly experienced and the prices are hard to beat.

Products are delivered promptly and packaged well for shipment.

I placed two separate orders a day apart. Both arrived within one week. All ordered items in new condition and packaged to survive the perils and hazards only the post office can inflict on a package.

Ordering was easy. I received an email to confirm my shipping address. I called to confirm it and they were helping other customers, but I finally got through and they shipped immediately. Product was packaged well for shipping and arrived undamaged. I will use them again.

I have purchased several products from West Coast Shaving. I had a problem with a top quality Omega shaving brush which may have been partly due to the way I used the brush. WCS asked me to try something to stop the brush from shedding. When I could not make that work, the shipped a new brush immediately and paid return postage for the old brush. Their knowledge of products, speed of shipping, and no questions asked response to a problem place customer service at the top of the heap.

I placed my order on Saturday morning and my order was in my mailbox on Monday! What service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I expect you have lookedinto this and found justification..but foam peanuts as a packing are a real hassle for the receiving party..there must be better way to pack your shipments...Ragan Phillips

I ordered the Norton 4000/ 8000 sharpening stone for my straight razor.I didn't order it with special shipping or anything,so I thought it would take at least a week or longer.
As I tracked it, it shipped within a couple hours and I was sharpening my razor with it within 48 hours.
These guys are definitely on the ball.

I usually wait a few weeks to do this type of opinion review. To start with your website was easy to navigate, clear and concise. The product representation was excellent and abundant, I couldn't be more pleased with the selection, not to mention a good representation of price point for each category. Product purchase was simple and clear to the end. The email notification of products purchase as well as shipping details were prompt, communication was quick and emails were detailed about every step of the transaction from purchase to shipment.

I'm so happy that I found West Coast Shaving. Being from Massachusetts, it's rare to find a place to get a wet shave, and finding nice supplies for home shaving is tough. Drug stores like CVS and Walgreens are on every corner, but really don't have a great selection of razors and shaving supplies. I was able to purchase a very nice safety razor, with several blades, and have been experimenting with various shaving soaps. I've even tried some toothpastes form the site as well. The transactions are always smooth, and the products are great. I'll keep coming back :-)

Easy to find shaving supplies for those who want more than the big box stores stock. Always have what I need and get it to me in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.
