The feather artist description should state it does not include any blade. I bought it as a gift for my son and was embarrassed when he couldn't even use it for lack of blade. I now have to ship the blades directly to him for him to use it.

The shipping seems really expensive. My blades (5 in a pack) come in a very thin package and cost $2.75 per pack. The shipping cost is $3.55! The pack of blades is so thin and light, there is no way that shipping costs that much. If an adjustment isn't made, I will be purchasing my blades elsewhere.

I'm fairly new to DE shaving, I finally threw away my cartridge razor and can of goop ( I actually gave it to my new Son In-law, HaHa! ). Been looking for the brush, and I just found it !

I am tired of buying disposables over and over. I was also trying to save a few bucks. I looked at Dollar Shave Club and wasn't sold. When I was young, I recall my dad using a DE and thought I would look into it. After doing some research, I decided to go for it and found West Coast Shaving. I'm glad I did, great products and great service!

West Coast Shaving is always the FIRST place I look when shopping for wet shaving equipment and supplies. Their selection of top-quality products (Muhle, Edwin Jagger, Merkur, Kent, Simpsons, Geo. Trumper, Truefitt & Hill, TOBS, etc.) is second to none and their prices are at or below their competitors. They have what I want in stock and they typically ship my goods the same day that I order them and I have them within two days (even though I live on the east coast). Their customer service staff is top-notch as well.

I love being able to buy razor blades like this. The product is far superior to anything I could find in the drugstore, if I could even find double-edged blades in the drugstore, which I can't.

Two reservations:

1. The blades I want in a package of 100 have been out of stock for at least six months. Maybe you should remove that option and just tell people they have to buy by the package and it's going to cost more.

2. You should offer cheaper shipping. Just regular U.S. mail is fine with me; I don't need express delivery of my razor blades.

I was looking for a notepad cover that would fill my "pomposity" as my wife calls it. I am lover of genuine leather products (don't read into that!). The smell of leather is one of the few constants wherever I have lived and this A6 notepad cover really brings back the memories.

Anyway, they said write the review as if I were talking to a friend. Wrong friend!!!

I love the craftsmanship and the design. Being a Battlestar Galactica fan, the cut corners are kind of nerdy, but in a perfect way. The pen holder is very helpful in that it holds the pen, and the notepad cover securely closed.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend. you know the one's that love leather!

I view the above statement as a good problem to have (hopefully) due to business volume rather than sloppy business processes. When I inquired about the status of shipping there was a prompt response and the item was moved to shipped status that afternoon. They admitted they were behind in processing orders but that mine would receive attention.

I intend to do much business with the company in the future and even when things aren't flowing as it should, that communication back to the customer is important. I would much rather you be up front with me and let me know the true status rather than try to appease me with false promises and empty words.

My assessment is that this is a stand-up company and they are growing and they want to do the right things (such as ask for this kind of feedback from customers). This is a sign of a company who wants to hear the voice of their customer. This is greatly appreciated from this customer!

Razors came fast. Packaged well. Good quality low price

I was surprised how quickly I received my recent order. It was sent via International First Class mail and arrived here in Japan 7 days after I placed the order. I'm impressed, and I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.

I was very happy with the service, and am pleased with the shaving soaps that I purchased. I plan to make additional purchases in the future.

The company appears to have a wide range of classic shaving products. Their price is the same or better thanothers and prompt shipping makes it a breeze.

Prices are very competitive. Merchandise ships quickly and packaged very well. Would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable shave supplier

I recently received my second order from WCS and both times that I have ordered from them, the service was excellent. Very fast service, I think I had both orders within 2-3 days. Can't beat that.
