West Coast Shaving filled my order quickly and accurately, all I could ask for.

I stumbled across WCS while looking for a new shaving brush and was impressed with their selection and pricing. I called a few times because I wanted to make sure I got a stand that would fit the brush I wanted. They were not easy to reach, but I finally left a message and they called me back within 30 minutes. I got the info I wanted on the brush and a recommendation for a stand. I completed my order on the Web which was very easy and got my package quite quickly. Everything was great except the brush did not fit in the stand the way I wanted it to, the brush handle is too fat to hang from the top so I have to hang it toward the bottom where the hair comes out. I am not happy about this because I am worried about damaging the brush, but I did not want to waste time sending the stand back.

It’s great, I really didn’t know what to expect, but I am very glad I decided to get it and try. A very close shave and I haven’t any cuts or anything so far.

I found the West Coast Shaving Website, and found it easy to navigate. They had quite a few aftershaves and splashes that I wasn't even aware of before. I ordered quite a few (about 10), and they promptly let me know by an email communication that one was out of stock (which they profusely apologized for!). They also kept me posted on the status of my order, including shipping. These guys are first rate - I will order from them again.

Polite and prompt professional service with style. There are many great online places, this is one of the better ones. Forget overpriced 'The Art Of Shaving' corporate chain. Support your independent business owner and harder to find products that usually are superior. I did request they start stocking 'Dr. Bronners Magic (Certified Fair Trade) Organic Shaving Gel', a fellow Californian business that's been around for decades (lathers great with a shaving brush). Super place! Got a shaving brush and cup from them and 100% satisfied. I'll need more blades soon.

West Coast's shipping was quick and reasonably priced with a guarantee and I got exactly what I wanted. What more could I ask for? I will be looking for other items of interest in the near future.

In my opinion, how every website should be run. Reasonable prices, fast fulfillment of orders, and friendly notifications. I even got a kick out of how well the package was packed whee I received it.

I ordered a shaving stick holder from West Coast Shaving because I need one for my Arko soap stick. The shipping wasn't too bad and I got it in great condition. It came in well packaged so I'm very happy about it.

I had been considering going back to using a double edge safety razor for some time and had a lot of questions. My experience with DE razors was some of the better quality drug store models, but a lot of what I was reading about seemed to be much better. I liked the website and comments I read made me believe they aere approachable. Kevin has patiently answered two rounds of questions for me (the second after trying the first razor I purchased - the Merkur 38C). I now have my holiday wish list just about complete.

I think what I like the most is that Kevin helped steer me to products I would want based on my questions and the background I gave him. Not the least or most expensive, just a couple of choices that were easy for him to zero in on - and I would not have been able to figure it out without his help.
