West Louis レビュー

It came in a timely manner. Liked the color and style, but unfortunately the size was wrong. Jacket did not match sizing chart.

The two trousers I bought are too small so I needed to return. They gave me instructions to return to their China return address and that I had to pay for the shipping. So I did sent the items, paid almost $50 in shipping, as long as I get full refund, wouldn't mind. But then the package got stuck in China customs, I told them about it but I didn't get any response from them. I escalated the problem with PayPal and now they're asking me that I should return to a Portugal address. What the? I don't have the items anymore! I already sent to their China address! Terrible experience. Don't ever buy from them and hoping you can return items or get an exchange that easy.

Order arrived swiftly and found the Communication emails updating the status of order very timely.
Well packaged.
Product was as pictured - and good quality.

I have tried to contact about returning an item I received because I was sent the incorrect size, however I had no response back and was forced to keep it.

Worst of the worst trash 🚮 most scam place ever never BE AWARE DONT BUY HERE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY

Item was nice

Got what I ordered quickly and it was exactly what I ordered.

The jacket I purchased was of good quality yet one size too small. I have no idea how to exchange it for the extra large size instead of the large which I can't even wear unless I lose 10 lbs, which might not be a bad thing lol

I ordered a couple of blue jeans from West Louis, it took just a wee bit longer to receive them than I had hoped for but I did receive them. It may have taken a 2 or 3 weeks. Got the jeans tried them on and they fit perfectly. So no. I was not disappointed.

Excellent service, fast delivery, well fitting and an excellent product

My order came in right on time, it was well packed, no damages whatsoever and I have no issues to address. Everything was what I had expected.

I made a mistake when placing my original order. I reached out to customer support and got a prompt response that the change would be made to correct my mistake right away. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly, friendly, and easy this was fixed. Thank you

Trash company, no responses, trash products.

Love wearing them , they blend in with my tattoos and make them look great

Sunglasses came wrapped up tight in a bag and inside a bubble mailer. They were as described. Shipped and delivered when stated. I am happy with the quality.

Amazing. Love my jeans

I love the looks of the shorts that I got. I just hoped the waist size were a true size.

The product was good and the delivery was fast.
