We contacted Jasper Cook after our Dad suddenly died. It was a heart-wrenching time. Jasper was absolutely brilliant. Jasper's sensitivity was exemplary. His skill and experience with the situation helped us feel very reassured. None of us had been through this process before. We felt brilliantly supported. Just like to say a huge thank you to Jasper. He took away the stress from what could have been a painful and bewildering task.

Joseph from the Cardiff office was recommended by my neighbour who was very impressed by him when having their wills and LPA's drawn up. I telephoned him to arrange an appointment and was immediately impressed by his availability, punctuality and professional manner. I was drawing up a new will and new LPA and we also discussed putting my house into a trust which I was confident to go ahead with after he explained in a legal language I could understand . I also arranged for my daughter to have her will updated together with an LPA. I found the whole experience easy, all done and dusted in at home, Joseph did the travelling instead of me !
