I recently used Westminster Law for making alterations to our Wills and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney for both me and my husband. The whole process was clear and straightforward, and everything was explained in plain English with real care and professionalism. Efficient service from start to finish.

Compared to me, Joseph was so very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. Very relatable. No pressure at all. Was given time to think to decide and you do not need computer knowledge.

Michelle was absolutely first class from making our appointment through the whole process of our wills and Power of Attorney.

Having lost my husband I needed to amend my will. With a sister and mother both having passed with Alzheimers I also needed to make sure I got power of attorney for both health and finances put into place. I had no idea who to ask about this sort of thing , but stumbled across an advert for Westminster Law advertising their WILL and POA service in the Seaside News. I gave them a ring , fully intending to go to their office, my details were left and was told someone would ring me back. Joseph rang and we made arrangements for an appointment, he even came to me. As most of the other reviews say , everything was explained , and to be fair Joseph had the patience of a saint as I struggled to grasp everything.
I have now been able to set up a family trust , POA health and finance and got my will sorted . No more worrying and I can now sleep easy at night, thanks to Joseph and Westminster Law

My wife and I both needed to make wills and having done a lot of research on-line, decided to contact Westminster Law as their prices were attractive and specialist, and they also offered home visits. Conor arrived and explained all our options in detail and we both felt comfortable to proceed. The whole process has been very smooth and we can both highly recommend their professionalism and the Will specialist advice given. Anyone in the same position should take advantage of the "no obligation" home visit and not feel pressured by the consultant in any way.

Quite apart from being excellent value for money, our experience with this firm over several years has been incredibly positive.

I had to get as advise / information on my mother's Will which was created by Jasper at Westminster Law. He was clear, concise and very efficient and this allowed me to make decisions on my mother's estate. In addition this also came at no cost to me, where I would have easy paid for the peace of mind my interactions with Jasper provided me.

I came across Westminster Law through a family recommendation — someone who had used them previously and felt they were fairly priced for the kind of service they offer. At first glance, the name had me thinking they were a fully-fledged law firm, but they are in fact a firm of Will Writers. That said, what they do offer is a well-considered, practical approach to drafting and refining Wills — particularly around clause structuring and trust setup, which is where things can easily get a bit knotty.

I was already in the process of consulting a few solicitors for more formal quotes and advice, but while waiting to hear back, I decided to reach out to Westminster Law with a handful of detailed questions — ones that I’d refined with the help of Perplexity AI (which, off the record, is quite a clever tool if you need a second opinion or a way to shape the right legal questions). To Westminster’s credit, they didn’t hesitate to respond to my queries — and at no cost.

It felt very much like the elusive “free 30-minute consultation” you sometimes get with a lawyer, except this time, they actually answered my questions rather than using the time as a teaser for a paid appointment. Peter Lamb, the Senior Partner, in particular, was excellent — clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

In the end, I chose not to proceed with them for my Will only because I had some personal concerns about the level of protection I might need, and I felt more comfortable going with a fully regulated law firm for this specific matter. But that was a decision based on my circumstances, not a reflection on Westminster’s capability or professionalism.

Would I use them in the future for something more straightforward? Absolutely. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter and the team to anyone needing solid Will-writing advice without the usual runaround.
