I thought we were going to have a lot of trouble remortgaging as we're both self-employed and the market being what it is - but Ben made it really easy. Having remortgaged with other companies, I know what a headache it normally is, but there was none of that with Westpark Mortgages. Even when there was some administration nightmare about the name of our house on documents, it was Ben who handled sorting it out (something that would definitely have fallen to us with the company we've used in the past). I will definitely be returning to Westpark Mortgages when this deal expires!

What a brilliant company! Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout our whole remortgage process. He explained everything so clearly and with great patience! When there was an issue with the solicitor, he quickly resolved it to ensure we were not overcharged. Communication was faultless throughout the process. We have dealt with various mortgage advisors in the past but will only use West Park Mortgages from now on! Can't recommend them enough.

What a fantastic company. I cannot fault anything! From my initial enquiry, the communication has been 100% spot on. My first enquiry was dealt with by Hayley, who could not do enough to assist me with my many many questions and concerns. Hayley put me at ease from the onset and I immediately could relax as I felt well looked after and knew this is the company for me. Hayley was friendly, professional and an absolute delight to chat too.
