Avoid this place


Ordered a suit for a friend's funeral and a few days before I noticed the back of the jacket has white marks down the back that won't come out.spoke to the ceo who was no help at all.he even went to the lengths of changing his returns policy online to suit his end.very underhand if your not in the wrong.he the informed me to go to marks and Spencer or top man.please take his advice.

This customer ordered a suit over 3 weeks ago (30th of May) and didn’t have a chance to check the quality. Instead of deciding to press and dry-clean it. We always double-check the quality before shipping so there is no way that there was a mark that we weren’t able to notice. We haven’t received any picture and after three weeks we can assume that the suit was worn or was damaged in the dry-cleaning service. The return policy hasn’t been changed as it states that the items can be returned which are in the same condition and unworn. Dry-cleaning process changes the fabric and quality which voids our return policy. If the customer cannot accept how online shopping works, I suggested shopping locally so he can be sure that the quality of the product will be satisfactory.

Delivery was as confirmed. Ordered size 14 jacket & it was way too small even though i have size 12 & 14 similar jackets from other high street stores which fit perfectly. Quality wasn't the best but ok. I clicked on the link to start a return but some of the email address was missing so I posted here to ask for more information, the shop did reply here with the full email address &which was good but they did include in the reply that they always tried to help people who are not computer literate! How rude! If the links were correct on their correspondence, I wouldn't have needed to come on here & ask for the information! Anyway, be careful, it does state, orders over £100 will be free returns, my purchase was £69.99 & the company have only refunded £64.39 so it's cost me £5.60 to return a lightweight jacket.

Thank you for the review. As we can see and your order was refunded on the 20th of October and £5.6 was deducted as you have used the return label provided. On the website and return portal you can see that we do offer free returns over £100 but you can also send the parcel back using your own way. Many customers do this and choosing their own way to send the item back if it’s below £100. We do not make money on the returns as this is what we are charged by the returns provider. Posting information on Trustpilot and requesting help is not ideal as you can also see we do have a live chat and contact page where you are able to contact us. On the website there is also mobile number provider connected to WhatsApp. On every single product page is the size chart attached, if the customers is in-between the sizes we also provide the manual measurements for the items they are planing to purchase.
