Be warned Wex and co Ltd are not a professional or trust worthy organisation. Do not you allow them to hold any money on your behalf and Michael Wexler demonstrates unethical and dishonest behavior. Check companies house as not filed accounts, no compliance or often being threatened to be struck off. Company has negative assets. You will note they have minimal online present as reviews have been so poor and Michael Wexler has removed reviews.

Wex&Co had to return our money after a few months of procrastination. The Property Redress Scheme threatened Wex&Co with legal actions if they refuse paying us back. So they paid our money back with a letter of apology.

"Wex and Company, specifically Michael, added a lot of stress to our relocation from Edinburgh to London. We had a very tight schedule and limited opportunity for viewings , therefore Michael assisted with tours and never provided enough information for us to make our decision. We are now really pleased with our rented apartment which we found through other agency."
