34 days or so, after chargeback initiated & 2-3 direct emails that's resulted in absolute silence, WFYT has finally decided to respond, not to me, only to try n fight the chargeback with only 13 or so days left, before the deadline (as of this time of writing).

*Main Points:
- No refund policy
- Whilst unlike most of the complainants here - I've not breached my accounts (not passed either).
However my chargeback was issued after spending days viewing and following their own company discord, where:
- they warred n argued + threatened their 3 or so funded traders for complaining.
- they did not advertise this fact when I bought in late Aug 2023 and another purchase afterwards but they quietly inserted "if you pass...we may give you a funded trading account" (this was altered from "we will" or the like when many of us bought from these guys sales hype.

Their false P.R. campaign here - via a sudden surge of 5* reviews, each n every single one covering only their customer service skills n response times + 'coaching'...yet

interestingly not a single positive one for what should really be the only thing that matters:
- "No positive responses from any happy or contented Funded traders"
- Multiple complaints from several successfully funded traders, but who complains of them allowing typically only the 1st withdrawal then quietly, ninja like expulsion without explanation or reasoned justification.
- With these firms, having loads of people stating that they've successfully withdrawn their winnings/earnings is the key measure (not their garbage "we have a cool platform - responsive client service team" et al.

Red Flags: Bought for reviews likely to me.
- Notice how 90+ % of the 5* reviewer that's appeared since mid Dec 2023, have typically only 1 or two reviews written

Further Red Flags:
- Constant altering of the rules without any notice, not just no adv notice, but any notice.
- Others have also highlighted that, they seem to bury many of their 'other rules' within the small print of their...wait.."privacy policy" :D
- Do not believe their assertions/sales hype on Instagram nor their webpage when they say their only rules are highlighted on their websites "trading rules section"(was literally one 1 min YouTube style video with assurances that you could trade with any style since early Sept 2023).
- You have to search back to around July 2023 onwards to see the sheer amount of hostile conflict and arguments about how the staff of this company:
*Add new rules or change existing rules, adhoc....only confirming it when challenged (until the next time they change it without warning.,
*Existing funded traders, several of them, chiding WFYT for their dishonest approach, in their eyes.
*WFYt apparently routinely issues "new contracts" that further restrict real funded traders ability to trade n withdraw (their discord).

Red Flag: Major concern - desperately borrowed credibility from am Irish girl "Psychologist", who actually behaves little more than a "Sales woman" for them and now LearnToTrade (they were always the same company directors and potentially, owners, who claimed back in July 2023 that WFYt worked with 'partner companies', partner orgs, who incidentally are run and owned by nearly all the same higher ups lol.

N.B. she risks losing her licence if she's real, with her pushing the sales hardcore.

- Came across a Reddit forum dedicated to their star marketing brand "Learn to Trade" where the thread author stated he was a retired Aussie cop and had been gathering evidence against one of the wfyt & LTT directos (Greg Secker), unsure of it's validity overall.

- I would be intrigued to find out however, whether my Chargeback is entirely successful or otherwise (They've essentially been selling under false pretenses > i.e. "No business can claim to offer you a qualification when you pass> but then give themselves the option to 'maybe we'll give you it', down the road, after you've paid!"
No one is paying WFYT after all, for a "maybe", but a definite, should they pass.

Red Flag: The test was always sold as automatically marked by their AI/Computer systems:
Lastly, like many complaints have indicated since last October/Sept 2023, this company will allow you the false impression that you've passed without issue (after weeks/months) only, to leave you hanging in silence when the dashboard tells you that you've passed stages 1&2 (when they should automatically grant one a real money acct), as others have written, they typically don't, staying silent or citing unspoken rule.

THIS IS A SCAM.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I PASSED STAGE 1 and they sent me a ‘sorry you’ve failed’ email for rules hidden in FAQ’s and privacy policy. They failed me due to have a trade open for less than 3 minutes.

I have photographic and video evidence for anyone who wishes to reach out and see for themselves.

Their rules page has videos.

Their ‘Trading Restrictions’ video states the following:

‘Some other companies similar to ours may impose restrictions, WE DON’T’

You can trade during news

Trade without stop loss

Hold trades over the weekends

and the killer part “WE WANT TO EMPHASISE, WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TRADING RESTRICTIONS”

VERY SHOCKING!!!! A sell limmit i placed entered me in with 1 lot and a 0.5 lot which instantly failed me then they blame me saying it was me! it was the system!!!!

5 months of evaluations, I just passed both phases and didn't have consistency on "Nominal value" they will pass your phase one account and fail you at second stage i have passed 3 times now and each time they have failed me!!!!

29.9% consistency when i had 170k in GU nominal value at 1.5 lots and 50k on nasdaq on 3 lots its utter sanity

a decent trader would struggle with there insane rules here, honesty still with the repitible companys!

You should be ashamed to get gregg secker to advertise this Absolute scammers!!!!!!!

Great firm where they even give out free accounts inside discord and I was one of them now will take this opportunity for a good trading journey thank you guys!!

I kept within 5% and traded fixed lots throughout but was told a breach was due to the consistency rule, where those trades identified have a nominal value less than 35% of your biggest notional trade size.

It's incredibly difficult for most traders to be able to obey this insane rule.

These are the next MyForexFunds, absolute Scammers DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I passed phase 1 and phase 2 of my challenge, after they congratulated me they said they need to review my trades. Then after review they said because of the "Consistency Rule" they will not fund me. Which is ridiculous. When I asked for them to please provide examples of this rule they gave me some definition and could not provide examples.
If you don't know what this rules is i will advise you to stay away because they will not fund you. The scam you for the challenge money because they know your not going to be able to stay withing their guidelines.
When I asked to at least give me a retry, no response!
This is my first review I had ever written in my lifetime!

So far a good experience, challenge passed. KYC completed and approved in a timely manner and funded account logins produced fast. I'm due my first payout next week. I hope I am able to come back edit this review and give it 5 stars when my payout is received.

A company taking advantage of traders. The 5 star reviews are fake. Go to the discord and you will see the actual reviews. Unhappy clients and shady practices. I’ve been trying to get info about my trading account and they just ignore me. Money wasted twice with them. Young company looking to take advantage of new/novice traders and are successful, stay away. I’ve passed multiple props and I’m a funded trader. This firm has no intentions in seeing you succeed. Great advice no pressure and really good to be able to contact people when needed you can see effort on their part has gone into their establishiment and it shows nicely thank you.

Making up rules as they go along! I bought an account alongside my brother, he passed both challenges and the first payout was a large one. In their response to this WFYT put a limit on how much he could claim/withdraw and asked him to sign a new contract. My brother requested a 2nd payout and this time they said there was a discrepancy with his IP address!!!! Excuses, excuses, excuses. My brother warned me about the company but I thought maybe it was just his experience, NOPE! I passed my 1st challenge and I got an automatic termination due to a 3 minute rule which I emailed the company about previously, and they said it would be fine. I was then told the account would be passed to their team and then received a computer generated generic mail stating the account has been closed.

There are numerous other prop firms on the internet, do not risk it! go with someone else. I am currently with Skilled funded and Funded trader amongst others who are not looking for any reason not to payout after taking your initial payment!!!! Clearly a new company trying to secure funds from numpty's like me :(
