The beautiful ring was a February birthday gift so the stone color was spot on. My sister absolutely loved it, which makes me very happy.

Read the return instructions. Very hard to make returns. Much of their site is a "final sale" so no luck. Purchase things through reliable companies instead.

I love their sterling silver jewelry and their customer service was excellent because one item was on back order. I truly appreciate Cindy and her kind, courteous service. HIghly recommend

I ordered a size 6 ring
I ordered a size 6 ring. Which is what I wear on my pinkie. It is way too small. Definitely sizing is wrong. I will need to return it.

I was so excited to receive this ring
I was so excited to receive this ring! But that feeling faded fast. While I bought a larger size than I wear, I bought it for my middle finger but it barely fits on my pointer finger. It's also a lot thinner than I thought it would be. BUT, given the cost of my having to pay to return it (even to exchange it for a larger size), I might as well keep it and enjoy it while I can. Since it's so thin, it will eventually break which saddens me. I guess I will just have to keep looking for that special ring to remember my boy with.

So sorry you were not pleased with your Puppy Paw Sterling Silver Ring. It is a dainty ring and a lot of people really love the fact that it is dainty and others prefer a thicker ring. Since you decided to keep it I hope you do enjoy it. Thanks for your order and your review.

Beautiful but now broken
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the ring was beautiful and just what I wanted. Unfortunately, the third day I wore it the band broke in one place.

I bought the lotus ring
I bought the lotus ring. It's very tiny. More of a child's size look, which is not who I purchased for.

Cute ring - Sizing Off
Cute ring, but I feel that the sizing is off, I wear a size 8 and can barely get it on my finger! Very disappointing because I do like the ring.

So very sorry for the shipping delay. Tracking shows that you received this order today. You placed your order on February 7 and it was shipped out February 8. I am not sure why it took so long for you to receive. Again we apologize for the delay.
